District News: October 23, 2015 - A murder fugitive, wanted by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force, was located and arrested by Mexican authorities in the beach town of Rosarito, Mexico near the U.S. – Mexico border. Last night after being identified as Troy Aaron Clay by a San Diego Police Detective Liaison on behalf of the U.S. Marshals Task Force in San Diego, Clay was returned to the United States and is currently awaiting extradition back to Harris County, TX.  Read More
