District News: February 24, 2009 - A cold case murder investigation was closed today in Nashville with the arrest of former Puerto Rico resident Roberto Rodriguez-Pabon. Rodriguez-Pabon, age 27, was wanted by the Puerto Rico Police Department for the car-jacking and Murder of Jorge Echevarria-Medina on August 31, 2001 in the city of Ponce.
