Local News:  October 17, 2009 - Bernard Baker AKA: Scrappy, was apprehended at a home on Schoolhouse Road in Columbia, SC. Baker is a fugitive from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a suspect in a Homicide/Murder that took place on August 16, 2008. The U.S. Marshals Task Force, Operation Intercept received a request for investigative assistance on August 1, 2009 based on information gathered leading investigators to believe Baker had fled to South Carolina.  Read More
