April 11, 2013 - The U.S. Marshals Service led Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force arrested a Puerto Rico Top Ten Most Wanted. Jose Delgado Natal alias “Massacre” was arrested at the El Prado Housing Project. Natal was placed on the districts Ten Most Wanted list in January 2013 for the alleged murder of a man that occurred in March 2012. April 01, 2013 - The U.S. Marshals Service led Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force uncovered a substantial marijuana laboratory while following-up on a lead pertaining to federal and state fugitive Jose Cosme-Rios aka "Pocholo". March 19, 2013 - Members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Puerto Rico located and arrested Jose Rodriguez, of Lowell, MA. Rodriguez was wanted on a warrant out of the Middlesex County Superior Court charging him with Statutory Aggravated Rape of a Child. January 22, 2013 - The U.S. Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Fugitive Task Force, acting on information provided by the U.S. Marshals Service Violent Offenders Task Force out of the district of Puerto Rico, arrested Justo Bermudez Stevens in the Bronx today. Bermudez Stevens was on the Puerto Rico Top Ten Most Wanted list since a federal grand jury returned an indictment on 66 individuals allegedly involved in a violent drug trafficking gang operating in Ponce. October 16, 2012 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force arrested Luis D. Rivera Carrasquillo, a "Top Ten Most Wanted" fugitive. Also arrested was Edwin Monge Pena, a fugitive wanted by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency. Rivera-Carrasquillo is wanted for alleged violations of the RICO Act and murder charges. Pena is wanted for alleged violations related to drug distribution. September 07, 2012 - A major fugitive wanted in Puerto Rico for his alleged participation in a 1998 murder of a man in Ponce, PR was captured in Huntingdon Valley, PA, by the U.S. Marshals Service. Carlos Rodriguez-Alcala was being sought on a State warrant issued in the District of Puerto Rico. September 04, 2012 - A major fugitive wanted on federal charges for his alleged participation in a major drug organization has been arrested by the U.S. Marshals Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force in Guayama, Puerto Rico. Javier Morales Andreu, also known as “Gadget”, was being sought on a federal warrant issued in the District of Puerto Rico. September 04, 2012 - A federal fugitive was extradited from Spain on Friday after being seven years evading justice. Angelo Guevara-Ramon has been a fugitive from justice since 2005, when a federal grand jury returned an indictment for alleged cocaine and heroin importation to the U.S. from St. Marteen, Netherlands Antilles and St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands. August 30, 2012 - The U.S. Marshals recently conducted a preview of six aircraft in Aguadilla that will be sold at public auction Sept. 5 in Midland, Texas. The aircraft were part of a seizure conducted in December 2011 shortly after a search warrant was executed by the Drug Enforcement Administration in relation to the investigation of Santo Seda-Rodriguez. Ruiz-Rivera was wanted by the Philadelphia Police Department since September of 2009 for rape of a minor. April 07, 2010 - Eric Timberman, U.S. Marshal for the District of Puerto Rico, would like to announce that Edgardo Seda-Arroyo, aka “Rambo”, a member of both the Puerto Rico Police Department and U.S. Marshals led Puerto Rico Fugitive Task Force’s Most Wanted List, was arrested by the United States Marshals today. Seda-Arroyo was wanted by the Puerto Rico Police Department for murder, attempted murder of a police officer and weapons charges stemming from an incident in Puerto Nuevo in 2007. March 19, 2010 - Eric Timberman, the United States Marshal for the District of Puerto Rico, would like to announce that Luis Xadiel Cruz-Vasquez, aka “el mono”, the brother of alleged drug kingpin Angel Ayala-Vasquez, aka “Angelo Milliones”, was arrested by the United States Marshals led Puerto Rico Fugitive Task Force. Cruz-Vasquez, was charged September 28, 2009, in the District of Puerto Rico for conspiracy to import and distribute narcotics, and trafficking narcotics within 1,000 ft. of a school. |
