The U.S. Federal District
Courthouse is located in downtown Pittsburgh, on the
corner of 7th Avenue and Grant Street.
The building is across from the USX Tower on 7th
Street and across
from the Gulf Tower, Federal Reserve and the Federal
Building on Grant Street.

Take Rte 22 East Exit at Rte 403 and turn right to go
south Follow Rte 403 into Johnstown, it will be at least
5 or more miles, and it winds quite a bit.

As you come in Johnstown, you'll pass
the sewage plant on your right, then Johnstown America,
then Cernic's motorcycle sales, an Exxon on left and
then apartment buildings on right. You will approach a
stop sign which says "right turn keep moving" - go
right. At end of bridge, turn left. Proceed straight -
this is Roosevelt Boulevard.

You will go through a
number of lights, passing, on the right, Giant Eagle,
Wendy's, Sithe Energy, Bestform, U-Haul. At the U-Haul,
follow the curve and proceed straight through 1st light
and then under a train trestle and at 2nd light,
Washington Street, turn left. At that point, you will be
beside the stadium. You will proceed straight on this
road for two lights. Immediately after second light
there is a parking lot, J & M on right. The building
with courthouse offices is across the street at 319
Washington Street.
