2013 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane today
announced that the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Albert Bowman in
York, Pennsylvania. In September 2012, the York City Police
Department investigated an allegation of rape and sexual assault of
a minor.

2013 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced
that the United States Marshals Service arrested a second murder
suspect in a 2012 Florida homicide. Early this morning, David
Bridgeman was arrested in Stewartstown.
- May 29,
2013 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the
United States Marshals Service arrested Arthur Spencer in Dickson City. On May 22, 2012, it is alleged that
Spencer and four co-defendants committed a home invasion in
Clermont, Florida. During the commission of the crime, the victim
was shot multiple times. The victim was pronounced dead at the
scene.

2013 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced
today that the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Ryan Harding in
Syracuse, New York. Harding was being sought by the Scranton Police
Department for a homicide that occurred on May 5, 2013.

2013 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced
that the United States Marshals Service arrested alleged sex
offender, Jose Gildardo Espinoza-Castro in Hanover, Pennsylvania.
- May 14,
2013 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the
arrest of Derrick Eugene Johnson in Memphis, TN. Johnson was being
sought for a homicide that occurred on February 17, 2013 in in York,
PA. The victim, a 21 year old male, died from gunshot wounds.
- May 06,
2013 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that
the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Jason Strite in Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania. Strite was being sought for an attempted homicide that
occurred in Lower Swatara Township. It is alleged that Strite
assaulted and attempted to run over the victim with his vehicle.
- April 19,
2013 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today the
arrest of Clyde Tonkin in Exeter, Pennsylvania. Tonkin was being
sought by the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force for failing
to appear for trial in the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas. In
June 2012, the Exeter Borough Police Department arrested Tonkin on
multiple sex offense charges.
- March 21, 2013 -
U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the U.S. Marshals
Service arrested Remington Hedden in Carbondale, Pennsylvania.
Hedden was being sought by authorities in Worchester County,
Maryland on charges off Rape, Assault and Sex Offenses.

- Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United
States Marshals Service arrested Anthony K. Walker. Walker was being
sought for violating Megan’s Law by failing to register as a
previously convicted sex offender.

- U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S.
Marshals Service arrested Carl Manners in New
York City, New York.
On February 16, 2013, the York City Police Department responded to the 100
block of North Penn Street on the report of a shooting. Initial
investigation determined that an adult male was shot
several times while sitting a parked vehicle.

- U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S.
Marshals Service arrested Oneil S. Thompson III in Georgia. It is
alleged that, on June 13, 2012, Thompson entered S&D’s Lounge in
Harrisburg, and robbed the bar and its patrons of their money,
jewelry and cellular telephones.
- February 28,
2013 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
U.S. Marshals Service arrested Deneke L. Williams in
York Pennsylvania. From September of 2006 through December of 2007, Williams
was arrested on three (3) occasions in Dauphin County.
- February 08,
2013 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
United States Marshals Service arrested John Cheek in Virginia. On
February 3, it is alleged that a man, later identified as John
Cheek, attempted to lure a young child into his vehicle in Pittston.
- January 23,
2013 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
United States Marshals Service arrested Dan Burch in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
In May 2007, Burch was arrested in Liberty County, Texas on charges
of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

2013 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today
that the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Stephen Davis in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Davis was being sought for a homicide
that occurred on December 4, 2012 in in Harrisburg, PA.
- January 08,
2013 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
United States Marshals Service arrested Richard Veboys in Scranton,
Pennsylvania. In 1988, Veboys was arrested for lewd and lascivious
acts on a child, as well as other sex offenses, in Sarasota County
Florida. Veboys was convicted of this crime in 1989. In May of 1989,
an arrest warrant was issued for Veboys on violations of probation.
Veboys could not be located in Florida and was believed to have fled
the area.
- December 20,
2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
U.S. Marshals Service arrested Tonya “Snowy” Dice in Dalton,
Georgia. Dice, is charged for her role in the 1995 murder of Freddie
Brumfield in Greene Township, Franklin County.
- December 18,
2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
United States Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Stephen Soultanian in Drums, Pennsylvania.
In 2011, Soultanian was convicted of fraud charges in Northampton County,
and sentenced to a county prison term. After his release, Soultanian was
placed on probation supervision for three (3) years.
- December 13,
2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Lorenzo Vazquez in
Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Vazquez was being sought for a murder
that in Miami, Florida. Vazquez’s involvement left another man dead
after receiving multiple gunshot wounds. On April 18, an arrest
warrant was obtained charging Vazquez with murder in the 2nd degree.
- December 12,
2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of
Kenneth Slaughter, a 25-year old man from Harrisburg.
Slaughter was being sought on an arrest warrant dated December 7,
2012 and signed by Magisterial District Justice James Lenker.
Beginning in September of 2012, the Susquehanna Township Police
Department investigated the alleged sexual abuse of two (2) minor
children.
- November 28,
2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
United States Marshals Service arrested Shawn Christy in McAdoo,
Pennsylvania. Christy was being sought on an arrest warrant issued
by the U.S. District Court of Alaska on November 21, 2012, charging
him with violation of federal probation. On June 8, 2012, Christy
was sentenced in federal court in Anchorage, Alaska to five (5)
years of probation.
- November 21,
2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
United States Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Scott Binsack in
Bath, New York. Binsack was being sought on an arrest warrant issued
by the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole on November 5,
2012. Binsack was on state parole supervision based upon his
sentencing in Monroe County in 2001. This stemmed from Binsack being
convicted on multiple counts of theft and fraud-related charges.

07, 2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today
that the United States Marshals Service Middle District of
Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force has adopted the fugitive case of
Scott Binsack. Binsack is wanted by the Pennsylvania Board of
Probation and Parole for a parole violation. The Task Force is asking for
the public’s assistance in locating this fugitive.
- October
26, 2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the
arrest of Joseph Lim, from Dover, York County, Pennsylvania. In
September of 2010, Lim pled guilty to Sexual Abuse of Children in
the York County Court of Common Plea. This offense required him to
register as a sex offender under Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law. In July
of 2012, Lim was released from York County Prison and registered his
address at a homeless shelter in Gettysburg, PA.

26, 2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the
arrest of sexual offender Joshua Baker in Manhattan, New York.
Baker was being sought on an arrest warrant dated October 20, 2012 and
signed by Magisterial District Judge John J. Hovan in Tunkhannock,
Pennsylvania.

2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced
today the arrest of Donald Steven Guthrie – a 38-year old man from
Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania – and the recovery of a missing 14-year
old female.
- August 03, 2012
- United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the U.S.
Marshals Service (USMS) arrested a man accused of a daring daylight
robbery in June at the Resorts World Casino in South Ozone Park,
Queens, New York. Kevin Lides was being sought after fingerprints on
a note handed to a teller matched his own.
- July 26, 2012
- U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the successful
conclusion of Operation Safety Net III – an initiative designed to
verify the addresses of more than 1,300 convicted sex offenders
residing in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. This operation is
the direct result of The Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act
of 2006, signed into law July 27, 2006.
- June 19,
2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that
the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Rashaun Bush in
Harrisburg. Bush was being sought by the York City Police Department
for the murder of Kanyleron McDavid.
- June 13,
2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that
the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Namer Yousef Al Daoud in
Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania with the assistance of the U.S.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal
Operations (ERO). Al Daoud was being sought for a murder that
occurred on June 2, 1992 in the Kingdom of Jordan.
- May 24,
2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that
the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Carlos Baez-Quinonez in
Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Baez-Quinonez was being sought by the
Puerto Rico Department of Public Safety on charges of criminal
homicide and related firearms offenses.
- February 10, 2012 -
United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S.
Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Omar Payano in the Bronx, New York.
Payano was being sought by the Scranton Police Department for an
attempted homicide which occurred on February 5, 2012 at the Valley
View apartments in Scranton.
- January 31,
2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
United States Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Gregory Colt in
Fairview Township, York County. Colt was sought for failing to
register as a previously convicted sex offender and faces possible
prosecution for violating the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety
Act of 2006.

2012 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that
yesterday the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested murder suspect
Richard Larry Nolden Jr., a 21-year old man originally from York,
PA.
- January 10,
2012 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
United States Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Raymond Brennan – a
37-year old Bradford County man - in Burlington, North Carolina.
Brennan was being sought on multiple charges by the Pennsylvania
State Police-Towanda barracks and the Athens Township Police
Department (Bradford County).
- December 16,
2011 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announces the
arrest of Harry Joline - a 43-year old man from Salem Township,
Luzerne County – for Unlawful Restraint, Involuntary Servitude,
multiple counts of Assault, Harassment, Flight to Avoid Prosecution,
and Violations of federal Supervised Release.
- December 05, 2011 -
U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals
Service (USMS) arrested alleged rapist Jeremiah Lynn Styers in
Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Styers was sought on an arrest warrant,
dated November 2, 2011 and signed by Magisterial District Judge
James H. Sortman in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
- November 04,
2011 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Dontae Eugene Robinson in
Houston, TX. Robinson was being sought by the Lower Paxton Township
Police Department for his role in a brazen, daytime armed robbery of
GEM Jewelry on October 7, 2011. When police arrived, it was
determined the store had been the victim of a take-over style
robbery.
- November 01, 2011 -
Deputy U.S. Marshals teamed up with fellow county and local law
enforcement agencies to conduct a lower Luzerne County-based round
up of fugitives. Dubbed “Operation Safe Streets”, Deputy Marshals
and their task force officers arrested 14 fugitives. During the
five-day operation that ran from October 23-27, there were a total
of 15 fugitive warrants that were closed.
- November 01, 2011 -
U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals
Service (USMS) arrested Izone Jackson in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania.
Jackson was being sought on an arrest warrant, dated August 22, 2011 and signed
by Magisterial District Judge C. Roger McRae in Muncy, Pennsylvania.
During July 2011, the Williamsport Bureau of Police conducted an investigation
into the alleged drug trafficking activities of Izone Jackson.
- October 28, 2011 -
Acting U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S.
Marshals Service (USMS) arrested William Szalku in
Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Szalku, 49 years of age, was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service after a Federal
Warrant was issued on October 24, 2011 charging Szalku with Violation of
Conditions of Supervised Release.
- October 25,
2011 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the
U.S. Marshals Service arrested Karrieam Jenkins in
Bellefonte, Pennsylvania.
Jenkins was being sought on an arrest warrant, dated July 1, 2011 and signed by
Magisterial District Judge Allen P. Page III in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. In
late June 2011, the Williamsport Bureau of Police conducted an
investigation into the alleged sexual assault of a minor in
Williamsport in early April 2011.
- October 14,
2011 - Acting U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today
that the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Julio Mena Matos in
Hazleton, Pennsylvania. On June 8, 2010, a federal grand jury in the
Middle District of Pennsylvania, Scranton Division, indicted Mena
Matos for his role in a cocaine trafficking ring operating in
Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
- October 14,
2011 - Almost 18 months after being charged in U.S. District
Court in Scranton, U.S. Marshals have located and arrested Amy Sims.
Acting United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced her arrest
today in Olyphant, Pennsylvania.
On April 20, 2010, a federal arrest warrant was issued, charging Sims with
Violation of Supervised Release. At the time, she was on supervision from two
separate convictions in the Middle District of Pennsylvania (M/PA).
- September 27,
2011 - On September 26, the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS)
located eight children who were kidnapped from a foster care facility in Queens,
New York one week earlier. The children, ranging in age from 11-months old to
11-years old, were taken during a supervised visit with their biological
parents. The one daughter and seven sons had originally been placed in foster
care following allegations of abuse.
- September 22,
2011 - Acting U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today
that the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Jeffrey McGough,
Jr. McGough had been sought on multiple warrants since September
2010. An Indictment was issued by a federal grand jury in the
Northern District of New York, charging McGough with possession with
intent to distribute a controlled substance, conspiracy to
distribute a controlled substance and use of communication facility
during the commission of a felony.
- August 31, 2011
- The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of
Pennsylvania and the United States Marshals Service for the Middle
District of Pennsylvania jointly announced that Michael Brown, a
Harrisburg man who failed to appear for sentencing on child
pornography charges, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service on
Monday, August 29, 2011.

Acting U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today
that the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Matthew Morales – an
18-year old man - in Bronx, New York. On June 3, 2011, an
arrest warrant was issued for Morales, charging him with: Attempted
criminal homicide; Aggravated assault; Simple assault; and
Recklessly endangering another person.
Morales is accused of an early morning assault which
occurred at a party in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County,
Pennsylvania on Saturday, May 21, 2011.
- July 21, 2011 -
Acting U.S. Marshal, Martin J. Pane, announced today that the U.S.
Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Richard
Hanson in Scranton, Pennsylvania. On the evening of July 19, 2011, it is alleged
that Richard P. Hanson murdered his father Gary Hanson in their home
located in Springfield Virginia. The father was shot in the head
four times. Hanson fled his residence in a 1998 Saturn belonging to
his parents. An arrest warrant was issued out of Fairfax County
Virginia charging Richard Hanson with murder in the second degree.
- June 16, 2011
- On Wednesday, June 15, 2011, the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS)
arrested Jeffrey Boop in a remote, wooded location south of
Montandon, Pennsylvania. On April 27, 2011, the United States
Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of Pennsylvania filed
criminal charges against Boop. He was charged in a one-count
Information with possession of child pornography. The information
also charged that Boop has a prior conviction in Florida relating to
sexual abuse and abusive sexual conduct involving a minor.
- June 10, 2011
- On Thursday, June 9, 2011, the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS)
arrested Robert G. Henry in Lurgan Township, Franklin County,
Pennsylvania. Henry was being sought by the Franklin County
Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant issued May 18, 2011. Henry was
charged with failure to appear for sentencing in the Franklin County
Court of Common Pleas on charges of Possession with Intent to
Deliver a Controlled Substance, Manufacture of a Controlled
Substance, Criminal Conspiracy, and Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia.
- June 01, 2011 -
On Tuesday, May 31, 2011, the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS)
arrested Justin Enright as he deplaned from a flight arriving at the
Charlotte, North Carolina International Airport. Based upon a 2001
conviction for Sexual Abuse of Children in Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Enright was required to register as a sex offender. While on
parole on this case, and while living in Lower Paxton Township,
Dauphin County, images of child pornography were found in Enright’s
possession. Investigation of the child pornography was referred to
the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Shortly thereafter, Enright
went on the run.

- The United States Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Alexander
Aquilino Alvalle – formerly of Steelton, Dauphin County – in Staten
Island, New York. On March 29, 2005, Alvalle was convicted of
Aggravated Indecent Assault against a minor victim in Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
- April 30, 2011
- On Friday, April 29, 2011, the United States Marshals Service arrested Arthur James Wire III in York, PA for violating the Adam Walsh
Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006.
On July 6, 1984, Wire was convicted of Indecent Assault in York County, PA. And,
on November 12, 1985 Wire was convicted of Indecent Assault and Corruption of
Minors in York County, PA.
- March 22, 2011 -
Acting U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced
today the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Harold Hoskins in
Williamsport. Hoskins was being sought on a bench warrant issued
February 21, 2007 by Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas Judge
William S. Kieser. The warrant, held by the Lycoming County Sheriffs
Office, charged Hoskins with Failure to Appear for sentencing in the
Lycoming County Courthouse.

Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the U.S. Marshals Service
(USMS) arrested Anthony McClinton and his brother Alonzo McClinton in
Nanticoke.
Anthony
McClinton was being sought by the New York City Police Department’s
Violent Felony Squad in the Bronx for a shooting that occurred on
March 13, 2011.
- March 10, 2011 - Acting
U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS)
arrested Tony Ray Ford in Warren Center, Bradford County, Pennsylvania. Ford had been sought by West Virginia authorities for an incident in November
2009. It is alleged Ford engaged in the sexual abuse of a four-year old
female. The West Virginia State Police conducted the investigation.
- February 10, 2011 -
Acting U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that U.S.
Marshals in Williamsport have successfully brought closure to the
oldest escape case in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mitlean Wright, a fugitive who was on the run for
almost four decades, had been sought for escaping from the State Correctional
Institution at Muncy on the evening of August 12, 1972.

- Acting U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that
the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS)
arrested fugitive Joseph P. Donahue in Las Cruces, New Mexico. On January 5, 2011, the U.S. District
Court in Scranton issued an arrest warrant for Donahue, of Clarks Summit,
Pennsylvania, after he failed to report the previous day to the Federal
Correctional Institution at Ft. Dix, New Jersey, to begin serving his
121-month federal prison sentence.

- U.S. Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today that the
U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Susana Arroyo-Trigo in Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania.
Arroyo-Trigo was being sought by authorities in Liberty County, Georgia. It
is alleged Arroyo-Trigo unlawfully took two (2) minor children away from the
individual who had lawful custody on October 28, 2010. It is alleged Arroyo-Trigo
took the two minors out of the state of Georgia.

Regan announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested alleged
Child Rapist Anthony
Simpson in Elmira, New York. Simpson was being sought on multiple warrants
from authorities in Lackawanna County.

- U.S. Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today that the
U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Homicide suspect Kenneth
Randolph in Harrisburg, PA.
Randolph was being sought on an arrest warrant, dated October 9, 2010, and
signed by Magisterial District Judge Marsha Stewart in Harrisburg.

- The United States Marshals Service, working with the
Pennsylvania State Police Megan’s Law Unit and communities
throughout the Middle District of Pennsylvania (M/PA), conducted
Operation SAFE TREATS. The operation was developed to help
ensure the safety of children as they “trick-or-treat” for
Halloween.

- U.S. Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today that the
U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested murder suspect Jamel Nelson in Scranton,
PA. Nelson was being sought by authorities in Spotsylvania
County, Virginia as a suspect in a late night shooting that
occurred on March 10, 2010 in Fredericksburg.

- The U.S. Marshals Service led an operation
throughout June to ensure more than a thousand convicted and
registered sex offenders who live, work, or attend school within
the 33 counties comprising the Middle District of Pennsylvania
(M/PA) were in compliance with the law.

- U.S. Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today that U.S.
Marshals arrested Gregory Duclaire and Whitney Lynn Sutton in Naples,
Florida.
Duclaire and Sutton were being sought on arrest warrants signed by
Magisterial District Judge Richard P. Cashman in Berwick, Pennsylvania.

12, 2010 -
U.S. Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today that the U.S.
Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Jonathan Luis Torres-Caraballo
in Millville, New Jersey. Torres-Caraballo was being sought by
the West Manchester Township Police Department (York County). In
early May 2010, a 16-year old girl from West Manchester Township
was reported as a runaway by her parents. An investigation
determined the juvenile female may be with a 20-year old male,
later identified as Jonathan Torres-Caraballo. Further
investigation determined that the minor was being held against
her will.

26, 2010 - U.S.
Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS)
arrested Freddie Jones in York, Pennsylvania.
Jones
was being sought on an arrest warrant, dated April 1, 2010, and signed by
Magisterial District Judge Lavon A. Postelle in Harrisburg.

- U.S.
Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS)
arrested Kashon Harris in Chambersburg.
Harris was being sought by authorities in Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland
as a suspect in a double shooting on February 2, 2010 at the Bishops Garth
Apartments. Police believe the shootings, which occurred at 2:30PM, were the
result of an argument between two suspects and the two shooting victims. The
feud centered on a cellular telephone that had previously been left in a
stairwell by one of the suspects. Police believe Harris randomly fired shots
inside the apartment when one of the victims opened the front door. Both
victims received non-life threatening injuries. At the time of the shooting,
four other people were present inside the apartment, including two 1-year old
children. None of these four individuals were injured during the attack.

Dillard in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Dillard is a confirmed “Blood”
gang member in Trenton, New Jersey and was being sought on an arrest
warrant charging him with several offenses including carjacking,
kidnapping, robbery and assault.
- March 30, 2010 - U.S. Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today the
U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Gilbert
Santiago-Hernandez in Juncos, Puerto Rico.
Santiago-Hernandez was being sought on a bench warrant issued March 5, 2009
by Monroe County Court of Common Pleas Judge Margherita P. Worthington. The
warrant, held by the Monroe County Sheriffs Office, charged
Santiago-Hernandez with Failure to Appear for a hearing on February 26, 2009
in the Monroe County Courthouse.
- March 29, 1010 - Deputy United States Marshals teamed up with
fellow county and local law enforcement agencies to conduct a
Monroe County-based round up of fugitives. Dubbed “Operation
First Light III”, Deputy Marshals and their fellow task force
members arrested 28 fugitives.

(USMS) arrested bank robbery suspect, Gregory
Edward Wagner, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Wagner was being sought on an arrest warrant, dated January 8, 2009, and
signed by Magisterial District Judge Richard Claypool in Pocono Pines,
Pennsylvania.

arrested Michael Gregory Martinez in Brooklyn, New York. Martinez was being
sought on an arrest warrant in State College, Pennsylvania. In
July 2009, the Ferguson Township Police Department conducted an
investigation into alleged sexual assaults of a minor in State
College.
- February 12, 2010 - U.S. Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today
that the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Eric
Daniel Martinborough, Jr. in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Martinborough was being sought on an arrest warrant in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania.
In April 2009, the Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department
conducted an investigation into alleged sexual assaults of a
minor in Tobyhanna.
- January 21, 2010 - U.S. Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today that the U.S.
Marshals Service (USMS) arrested alleged rapist Nery Adolfo Perez-Duarte in Cedar Rapids,
Iowa. Perez-Duarte had been the subject of an intensive search by the U.S.
Marshals Service.
During the early morning hours of December 27, 2009, the Meshoppen Police
Department responded to a 911 call of a rape victim with serious
bodily injuries.
- January 11, 2010 - U.S. Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today that the
U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Esteban Merchan in York.
Merchan was being sought by authorities in Hillsborough County, Florida as a
suspect in connection with a triple homicide on December 28,
2009.

members of its Fugitive Task Force arrested Ismet Delić in Harrisburg.
In March 2006, an arrest warrant was issued in the Republic of Bosnia
and Herzegovina by the Cantonal Court of Novi Travnik charging Ismet Delić
with murder.

today that the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS)
and members of its Fugitive Task Force arrested Eman Wiggs in Henryville, Pennsylvania.
Wiggs was being sought on an arrest warrant issued by
the Essex County Courts in Newark, New Jersey.
On July 6, an incident occurred in Newark in which a victim was shot by
several individuals. An investigation by the Newark Police Department determined that Eman
Wiggs and Bilal Farrell were the assailants.

- U.S. Marshal Michael R. Regan
announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Jose
Castro in Bronx, New York. Castro was being sought on an arrest warrant
charging him
with Criminal Homicide, as well as other related offenses. On July 31, the York City Police Department
investigated the fatal shooting of victim Pedro Baez. The attacker fled the
scene prior to the arrival of law enforcement personnel.

U.S. Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today the arrest of Micky Louis Mayon, who was
being sought by local authorities in Dauphin County for his alleged role in
a criminal incident in April 2007. This case captured a significant amount
of media attention, to include the television program America’s Most Wanted.

2009 - Almost one year after
escaping from federal custody, U.S. Marshals have arrested the lone
remaining escapee who fled from Bureau of Prisons’ custody in July 2008.
United States Marshal Michael R. Regan announced today that Derrick
Wilson was taken into custody by USMS personnel in Atlanta, GA. He was
wanted for his July 20, 2008 escape from the Federal Prison Camp on the
grounds of the United States Penitentiary at Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.

today that the U.S. Marshals Service arrested John William Bennett in
Scranton, Pennsylvania. Bennett was being sought for his role in a 10
day crime spree in Berwick, Pennsylvania during April and May 2009.
Bennett was being sought on three separate arrest warrants signed by
Magisterial District Judge Richard P. Cashman in Berwick, Pennsylvania.
