Esteban Reyes Rodriguez is wanted by Pennsylvania State Police – Breiningsville, Pa charging him with Homicide - Negligent Manslaughter in the traffic death of his 9 year old daughter which occurred in July 2009. Reyes-Rodriguez is also being sought by Lancaster City Police, Lancaster County Pennsylvania for his arrest in December 2008 for discharging a firearm within city limits and other related charges, which occurred near the Garden Court Apartments in Lancaster where he was placed on secured bail by the county courts. Reyes-Rodriguez has ties in both Lancaster, Pa. and Brooklyn NY and is originally from the Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.  If you know his whereabouts or have observed a person that resembles Reyes-Rodriguez  please contact your local police or the below point of contacts.
