NOWAK is wanted by the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Reading Fugitive Taskforce , based on a arrest warrant issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for Homicide by Vehicle, Driving while under the Influence and for Fugitive from Justice - Failed to appear for Trial .NOWAK has been known to be traveling outside the United States in and around Poland.  NOWAK was reportedly observed in Canada on numerous occasions.  If you know his whereabouts or have observed a person that resembles NOWAK please contact your local police or Deputy Marshal Stifler or  Detective  Frey.
