From Columbus in Dayton

A man wanted in Columbus on charges of homicide was arrested earlier this morning in Dayton, Ohio.

Terrell Love Givens, 19, of Columbus, was charged with killing Brian Williams at 389 Barnett Road in Columbus, Ohio on March 26, 2006.

Givens was tracked to 1903 Ravenwood Avenue in the city of Dayton after investigators received an anonymous tip. After forced entry was made into the apartment, Givens was found feigning sleep on a living room couch. He was taken into custody.

Investigators continued their search of the apartment building and found another Columbus resident hiding in a basement dirt floor crawl space. This suspect was taken into custody and found to have warrants for his arrest for offenses which included, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, arson, burglary, carrying a concealed weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Both of these extremely dangerous persons were immediately returned to the Columbus area for court proceedings.
