  • May 18, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals – Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested fugitive, Michael Gillen at a Sarasota, Florida residence. Michael Gillen was wanted by the Hampton, New Hampshire Police Department for failing to maintain his sex offender registration. Gillen is required to register as a sex offender due to his 2001 convictions in Rockingham County Superior Court for six (6) counts of Felonious Sexual Assault, as well as 14 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Gillen is considered to be a tier 3 sex offender, which is considered to be the most likely to re-offend.
  • May 13, 2016 - Today, fugitive gang member Raymond Aviles Rios was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Rios had been sought by law enforcement since Monday, when he fled a half-way house after being informed of several rule violations. The time Rios spent at the half-way house was part of his 55 month federal sentence for a December 2011 bank robbery in Manchester.
  • May 12, 2016 - Last night, officers from the Nashua Police Department arrested fugitive, Lauren Munday, who was injured as she attempted to flee from authorities. Lauren Munday was wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants. The first warrant was issued by Hillsborough County for Probation Violations, as a result of a conviction and sentence for First Degree Assault.
  • May 11, 2016 - Officers from the Nashua Police Department arrested a fugitive that had been in hiding since his warrant was issued on January 11, 2016. Bryan Michael Schofield was wanted on a Rockingham County arrest warrant for Failure to Appear on five counts of First Degree Assault and Burglary.
  • May 11, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in locating fugitive gang member Raymond Aviles Rios, whose last known address was at the Hampshire House, a federal half-way house located on Elm Street in Manchester NH.  Rios was serving part of a 55 month federal sentence for a December 2011 bank robbery in Manchester. Rios has a long criminal history involving several crimes of violence and should be considered dangerous.
  • May 10, 2016 - Early this morning, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force made two arrests of Strafford County Fugitives in the same Abbey Lane Apartment in Dover. Arrested were; Kristin Gates and Branden P. Rabideau, both of Dover.
  • May 09, 2016 - A fugitive gang member with violent tendencies was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force a short time ago. Jose Gonzalez was arrested by members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force at a residence in the 200 block of Calef Road in Manchester.
  • May 09, 2016 - Fugitive sex offender, William Soltan, was arrested on Friday by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Shirley, NY. Soltan is a Tier II sex offender and is required to register for life while living in New Hampshire. Soltan was originally convicted of 2 counts of Felonious Sexual Assault on a Child (between 13 and 16 years of age).
  • May 06, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Tyler Webber, was arrested this morning in Rochester, NH by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Webber had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office for Bail Violation on an original offense of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.
  • May 03, 2016 - Yesterday, the Manchester Police Department received information from an anonymous tipster that a wanted fugitive could be found in the parking lot of an apartment complex off of West River Rd in the city.  Officers from the Manchester Police Department responded to the area and located last week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Eric Savage. Savage was wanted on an outstanding Hillsborough County arrest warrant for Failure to Appear on four counts of Second Degree Assault.
  • April 15, 2016 - The U.S. Marshal Service put out a request for the public’s assistance just yesterday for any information on the location of fugitives, Nikolas Carr and Kaitlyn Rollins. Based on a tip, Rollins was located and arrested shortly last night by officers from the Concord Police Department at a restaurant on Fisherville Road. Carr was located and arrested this morning, when he was found sleeping inside of a friend’s residence on Wales Bridge Road in Loudon.
  • April 14, 2016 - The U.S. Marshal Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two fugitives that are believed to be on the run together. This week’s U.S. Marshal’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Nikolas Carr is believed to be on the run with his fugitive girlfriend, Kaitlyn Rollins.
  • April 07, 2016 - Last night, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, along with officers from the Manchester Police Department, located and arrested two wanted sex offenders in Manchester. Both sex offenders were wanted for Sex Offender Registration violations.
  • April 01, 2016 - Word travels fast! This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Keith Wayne Russell, surrendered this afternoon to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office in Newport Richey, Florida. Russell had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Superior Court for Failure to Appear on a charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
  • March 30, 2016 - Yesterday, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force zeroed in on two fugitive sex offenders. The first, Edward Davis, whose last known address was in downtown Rochester, NH, was located by the task force at a new residence in East Rochester. The second, Robert Kean, whose last known address was in Farmington, NH was arrested the Marshals task force after leaving a work site in Dover, NH.
  • March 25, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Kyle Henderson, was arrested today in Rochester, NH by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and several officers from the Rochester Police Department. Henderson had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office, for a Probation Violation for an original offense of Burglary.
  • March 23, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Micky Garst, was arrested this afternoon by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Garst was wanted on an outstanding Hillsborough County arrest warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
  • March 09, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Michael Rand Jr., was arrested this afternoon by the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force in Rochester. Rand had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office for a Probation Violation with an original offense of Resisting Arrest.
  • March 07, 2016 - After mounting pressure, “Fugitive of the Week,” Brian Rodriguez, surrendered this afternoon to the Manchester Police Department. Rodriguez was featured as last week's U.S. Marshals - "Fugitive of the Week". Rodriguez was wanted on an outstanding Hillsborough County arrest warrant for Failure to Appear on charges of Stalking, Assault and Criminal Mischief.
  • February 16, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” James “Jersey” Rhodes was arrested by the Pemberton Township Police Department. Rhodes had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Nashua Police Department for Armed Robbery.
  • February 16, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Dorbor Nyonee was arrested during the early morning hours of Valentine’s Day in Manchester, New Hampshire. Mr. Nyonee was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Federal court in Concord, NH for Supervised Release Violations. Dorbor was on supervised release as part of his sentence for a 2011 conviction for Counterfeiting.
  • February 12, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Deanna Spencer, was arrested this morning by the U.S. Marshals Task Force, at an Ela Court apartment in Rochester. Spencer had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office, for violations of probation as a result of being convicted and sentenced for drug offenses.
  • January 27, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Frederick Michael Cote, was arrested late last night in Wakefield, MA. Mr. Cote was wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants. The first was issued by the Rockingham County (NH) Superior Court for Probation Violations, based on a prior conviction and sentence for a heroin related offense; the second warrant was issued by the Merrimack (NH) Police Department for the offense of Larceny, stemming from an alleged high dollar theft from a jewelry store.
  • January 14, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Sean Miller, was arrested during the early morning hours today, by a U.S. Marshals Task Force, at a Park Avenue residence in Hopkinton. Miller had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the U.S. Marshals Service, for Bail Violations on an original offense of Heroin sales.
  • January 08, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Robert Maunsell, was arrested this afternoon in Plant City, FL after a two year search. Maunsell had been wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued on January 8, 2014 by the Rockingham County Superior Court for his failure to appear for a previously imposed sentence for a 2010 conviction on a charge of second degree Assault of a Child.
  • December 28, 2015 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Matthew Martin, surrendered to the Vermont State Police during the early morning hours on Sunday. Martin had been wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants issued by both the New Hampshire and Vermont State Police for several Robberies, including multiple Armed Bank Robberies.
  • December 24, 2015 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Angela Kulacz was arrested early this morning by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Franklin, New Hampshire. Kulacz had been wanted on an outstanding Belknap County arrest warrant since August 31, 2015.
  • December 22, 2015 - Two “Fugitives of the Week” were arrested yesterday by the U.S. Marshal’s, NH Joint Fugitive Task Force in matter of only a few hours. First was Michael Masterson, who was wanted on Probation Violations and Failure to Appear for a previously imposed jail sentence, stemming from a Burglary conviction. The second was Laura Ritchie, who was wanted by the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear on a Heroin sales charge.
  • November 23, 2015 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Adam Jenna, was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Rochester, New Hampshire. Jenna was scheduled to be this week’s “Fugitive of the Week.” Jenna was wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants: Failure to Appear on an original charge of Theft of a Firearm.
  • November 18, 2015 - This week's "Fugitive of the Week,” Mark George, was arrested this afternoon by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Lawrence, MA. George was wanted on an arrest warrant issued out of Rockingham County (NH) Superior Court for failing to appear on Burglary and Escape charges.
  • November 17, 2015 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Leela Cable (aka: Nina Ouelette) was arrested this morning by members of the U.S. Marshals Florida/Caribbean Fugitive Task Force at a Ft. Lauderdale, FL bus station. Cable was featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” on October 7, 2015.
  • November 13, 2015 - Yesterday, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force located and arrested Manchester fugitive, David “Chase” Rondon in the Bronx, NY. Rondon was wanted in connection with a noon-time shooting that occurred on October 26th in Enright Park in Manchester, NH.
  • November 10, 2015 - This week’s scheduled “Fugitive of the Week,” Jean Ernest Pelissier, was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force at a Farmington, New Hampshire hotel. Pelissier was scheduled to be featured tomorrow as the “Fugitive of the Week.” Mr. Pelissier was wanted on outstanding arrest warrants for charges including Bail Violations, Robbery and Assault.
  • October 20, 2015 - This week’s scheduled “Fugitive of the Week,” Christopher Lee Landry, was arrested early this afternoon by members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force in a Lynn, Massachusetts apartment. Landry was scheduled to be featured tomorrow as the “Fugitive of the Week.”
  • October 16, 2015 - This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Adam John Little, was arrested today by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in a Denmark, ME apartment. Little was wanted for Parole Violations in the State of New Hampshire. Mr. Little was on parole due to his original conviction and sentence for Criminal Threatening and Intimidation.
  • October 02, 2015 - This morning, deputy U.S. Marshals from both New Hampshire and Massachusetts located and arrested fugitive, Jeffrey Nickerson. Nickerson is a registered sex offender, who was wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants for Bail & Probation Violations, based on original convictions and sentences for Theft by Unauthorized Taking and Burglary.
  • September 25, 2015 - "Fugitive of the Week,” Robert Anthony Johnson, was arrested last night by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Nelson, NH. Johnson was featured this past Wednesday as the “Fugitive of the Week.” Johnson was wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Violations of Conditions of Supervised Release resulting from an original conviction and sentencing for Bank Robbery.
  • September 24, 2015 - This morning, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested fugitive Jeremy Jackson, of Rochester, NH. The U.S. Marshals were requested to assist in the location and arrest of Jackson, who was wanted on an outstanding Strafford County warrant for Probation Violations. Jackson was on probation for an original conviction and sentence for Forgery.
  • September 15, 2015 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Kevin Poole, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in a Concord, NH apartment. Poole was featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” on February 12, 2015, when the arrest warrant originally was issued. Poole was being sought on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Violations of Conditions of Supervised Release.
  • September 02, 2015 - This afternoon, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, along with officers from the Manchester Police Department, arrested Osvaldo Cancela, of Manchester, NH. The U.S. Marshals were requested to assist in the location and arrest of Cancela, who was being sought on a Manchester Police Department warrant for Armed Robbery.
  • September 02, 2015 - This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Jordan Dearborn, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Manchester, NH. Dearborn was featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” just this morning, as he was being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant for Violations of Conditions of Supervised Release, based on his prior conviction and sentence for Aiding & Abetting in a Bank Robbery.
  • August 27, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, along with officers from the Concord Police Department, arrested Christopher John Wade. The U.S. Marshals were contacted requesting assistance in the location and arrest of Wade. Wade was being sought on a Madison County, Kentucky warrant in connection with the alleged Rape of a Child over a period of 10 years, which occurred in Kentucky.
  • August 21, 2015 - Early this afternoon, the U.S. Marshal Service, along with officers from the Concord Police Department, arrested Ashton Garland in Concord, NH. Garland was wanted on a Jackson County, Oklahoma warrant in connection with Kidnapping and Assault that occurred in Altus, OK in April 2015.
  • August 10, 2015 - Just this morning, the U.S. Marshal Service sent out a press release seeking the public’s assistance in locating probation fugitive, Jason McCoy.  McCoy was wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants, including a Probation Violation, for an original offense of Reckless Conduct involving a Firearm, and a Receiving Stolen Property warrant issued by the Rochester Police Department.
  • August 04, 2015 - This week’s scheduled “Fugitive of the Week,” Shawn Goodine, surrendered this afternoon to the U.S. Marshals in Concord, NH. Goodine was to be featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” tomorrow. Goodine was wanted for Violating the Conditions of Supervised Release, as a result of his conviction and sentencing of Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
  • July 29, 2015 - "Fugitive of the Week,” Jacob Brown, was arrested without incident inside an apartment on Sullivan Street in Berwick, Maine. Brown was featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” on May 20, 2015 for violating the conditions of his supervised release. Brown was on supervised release as a result of his conviction for his role in a 2010 Farmington, NH Bank Robbery.
  • July 29, 2015 - Today’s “Fugitive of the Week” surrendered after being featured in the media. Henry Devine surrendered to U.S. Probation in Concord, NH this morning, where he was taken into custody after hearing that he was on the news and in the newspaper.
  • July 24, 2015 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Charles Sally, Jr., was arrested without incident in Lowell, Massachusetts by members of the Lowell Police Department. Sally was being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant for a Parole Violation out of New Hampshire. Sally was on parole as a result of a conviction and sentence for 1st Degree Assault.
  • July 20, 2015 - On July 17, 2015, “Fugitive of the Week,” Richard Decelle, was arrested without incident in Ludlow, VT by members of the Vermont State Police, who are part of the VT Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Decelle was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for a Parole Violation. Decelle was on parole as a result of a conviction and sentence for Assault by strangulation.
  • July 10, 2015 - The U.S. Marshal Service, Manchester and Dunbarton Police Departments are pleased to announce that last evening, Edgar Gordon was arrested by the U.S. Marshals, Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force, in Oak Hill, FL. Gordon was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Manchester Police Department for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
  • July 10, 2015 - On July 8, 2015, “Fugitive of the Week,” Matthew Michaud surrendered to the Concord Police Department after seeing himself on WMUR and in print media. Michaud was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for a Parole Violation. Mr. Michaud was on parole as a result of a conviction and sentence for Forgery.
  • July 02, 2015 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Robert Eaton, was arrested by the Gloucester Police Department in Massachusetts after routine police contact. Eaton was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear for Larceny. An additional warrant was later issued by the Hampton Police Department for Receiving Stolen Property.
  • July 02, 2015 - This morning, “Fugitive of the Week,” Benjamin Kelso was located and arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Springfield, OH. Kelso was wanted on outstanding arrest warrants issued by the Merrimack Sheriff’s Office for Probation Violations and Failure to Appear for heroin possession.
  • June 24, 2015 - This afternoon, “Fugitive of the Week” Kevin Breed was located and arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Epsom, NH.  Breed was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Dover Police Department for bail jumping on an original charged offense alleging Thefts of Firearms.
  • June 18, 2015 - This afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force located and arrested fugitive, Jeffrey Nickerson. Nickerson was arrested after an extensive search of an apartment building on Park Street in Pittsfield, NH, where he was found hiding inside of a refrigerator. Jeffrey Nickerson, a registered sex offender was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Merrimack County Superior Court for Probation Violations.
  • June 17, 2015 - This afternoon, “Fugitive of the Week,” Miguel Carpio was located and arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and several officers from the Manchester Police Department  Carpio was wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants out of Maine for Robbery, Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Burglary, Criminal Restraint and Residential Robbery with a Gun.
  • June 09, 2015 - This afternoon, “Fugitive of the Week,” Amanda Fortin, was located and arrested by alert officers in Belmont, NH. Fortin was wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants issued by both Merrimack and Belknap Counties for Drug Offenses.
  • June 03, 2015 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - The search for 15 Most Wanted fugitive Matthew Dion is over. U.S. Marshals located and arrested him today at an Orange Park, Florida hotel where he was allegedly living and working. Dion is wanted for allegedly killing his elderly parents, Robert and Constance Dion, in March 2014 and setting their New Hampshire home on fire.
  • June 02, 2015 - This afternoon, “Fugitive of the Week,” John Wentworth, was located and arrested without incident in Lawrence, Massachusetts by members of the U.S. Marshals - NH Joint Fugitive Task Force. Wentworth was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for a Parole Violation. Wentworth was on parole as a result of a conviction and sentence for Negligent Homicide.
  • May 20, 2015 - Last night, officers from the Providence, RI Police Department were investigating a report of someone trying to exchange stolen merchandise at a store in the Providence Mall. At the scene, “Fugitive of the Week,” Christopher Rabbia was located and arrested after providing one of his many aliases of Christopher Mirabella to officers.
  • May 18, 2015 - On Saturday, a Probation and Parole Officer from the NH Department of Corrections saw “Fugitive of the Week,” Shaun Teeter and immediately requested the assistance of the Claremont Police Department. Shaun Teeter was arrested by the Claremont Police Department on two outstanding warrants. Teeter was wanted on both Parole and Probation Violations, stemming from original convictions for Theft and Assault.
  • May 18, 2015 - On Saturday morning, an officer with the Manchester Police Department arrested last week’s “Fugitive of the Week.” Jarod Leroux was arrested by the Manchester Police Department in the area of Pine and High Streets in Manchester, after an officer stopped to identify him in connection with another ongoing investigation. Leroux was wanted on outstanding Belknap County arrest warrant for Failing to Appear on a charge of Sales of Methamphetamines.
  • May 14, 2015 - Early this afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested last week’s “Fugitive of the Week.” David Hall was arrested after he fled from a vehicle that he was driving and hid under a bed at a residence in Manchester, NH. Hall was wanted on outstanding Rockingham County arrest warrants charging him with Failure to Appear on both a Burglary charge and a charge of Delivering Prohibited Articles.
  • April 28, 2015 - 15 Most Wanted Addition - The search for fugitive Matthew Dion intensified today as the U.S. Marshals Service named him one of its 15 Most Wanted. Dion, 39, is wanted for second-degree Murder, Arson, and Possession of Child Pornography.
  • April 21, 2015 - Last evening, fugitive Darren Lee Bingham met Deputy U.S. Marshals in Vermont to surrender. Bingham was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued in January by the Sullivan County (NH) Superior Court, for failing to appear on a charge of being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
  • April 15, 2015 - Scott Kelley, a former Whitefield, New Hampshire, resident wanted by law enforcement since November 2004 for non-custodial kidnapping and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, was arrested upon his return to the United States by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force at an Atlanta-area airport. Missing person Mary Nunes was also located with Kelley re-entering the United States.
  • April 03, 2015 - Members of the Manchester Police Department arrested this week’s “Fugitive of the Week.” Tyrone Hall was found hiding in a closet at his mother’s residence on Pearl Street in Manchester, NH. Hall was wanted on an outstanding Manchester arrest warrant charging him with being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Criminal Threatening and Receiving Stolen Property.
  • March 30, 2015 - Last week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Tyler Twombly, surrendered to his parole officer in Manchester, NH today. Mr. Twombly was being sought on an outstanding parole warrant for Violating his Conditions of Parole. Twombly was on parole as a result of a conviction and sentence for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
  • March 18, 2015 - This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Lynn Taylor was arrested in Manchester, NH by members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force. Taylor was wanted on an outstanding Merrimack County warrant for probation violations. Taylor was on probation as a result of her convictions and sentences for Disarming a Police Officer and Reckless Conduct with a Deadly Weapon.
  • March 06, 2015 - Last evening, fugitive Davelle Broadus was arrested in Methuen, MA for Attempted Murder and being a Felon in Possession of a dangerous weapon. Broadus is alleged to have been involved in a fight on March 4th at the Pericles Democratic Club on Spruce Street in Manchester. During this altercation, a man was stabbed multiple times resulting in very serious injuries, including paralysis.
  • March 04, 2015 - This morning, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Nicole Wells was arrested in Manchester, NH by members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force. Wells was wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Supervised Release Violations. Nicole was on supervised release as a result of her conviction and sentence in a 2008 case for Distribution of Cocaine.
  • February 25, 2015 - This afternoon, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Haley Laplant was arrested in Gilford, NH. Laplant was being sought on a Merrimack County Superior Court warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge involving synthetic narcotics.
  • February 25, 2015 - Last evening, “Fugitive of the Week,” Ryan Souza was arrested in Manchester, NH. Souza was being sought on several arrest warrants, including a Strafford County warrant for Failure to Appear on two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking; a Hillsborough County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Possession of Cocaine charge; and a Parole Violation on an original charge of Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
  • February 06, 2015 - Last evening, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Todd Burke was arrested in Fitchburg, Mass by members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force. Burke was being sought on a federal arrest warrant for Bail Violations. Burke is on bail for charges of Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with Intent to Distribute Marijuana.
  • February 05, 2015 - Last evening, “Fugitive of the Week,” Carlos Perez, Jr. was arrested in Concord, NH. Perez was being sought on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Supervised Release Violation. Perez was on supervised release after being convicted and sentenced for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
  • January 20, 2015 - The U.S. Marshal Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating fugitive sex offender, Edgar Gordon. Gordon is required to register as a sex offender due to a 1994 conviction in Caribou County, Maine Superior Court for Gross Sexual Assault on a victim under the age of 18. Gordon is considered a Tier III sex offender and is required to register for life while living in NH. A Tier III offender is the highest level of sex offender and deemed the most likely to re-offend.
  • January 14, 2015 - The U.S. Marshal Service is proud to announce the arrest of Merrimack County fugitive, Robert Amos. Robert Leroy Amos was arrested in Selina, Kansas by members of the U.S. Marshals – Kansas Apprehension Task Force. Amos had been scheduled to appear for his arraignment on a Concord, NH Police Department case for two counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
  • January 05, 2015 - Recently, Concord, NH area residents have been contacted by a person from a fictitious agency that they refer to as the Federal Warrant Service. The caller identifies himself or herself as a high ranking officer and that the recipient of the call has a warrant for failing to appear for federal jury duty. The U.S. Marshals and U.S. District Court would like to assure the public that this is a SCAM!
  • December 29, 2014 - Alexis Rodriguez, of Manchester, NH, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Lawrence, MA. Rodriguez, was wanted on outstanding arrest warrants including; Burglary by Exeter Police Department, and Theft of a Motor Vehicle by Hooksett Police Department.
  • December 15, 2014 - Last week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Joshua John Torres, surrendered to the U.S. Probation Office in Manchester, NH. Torres was being sought on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Violation of his Conditions of Supervised Release. Torres was on supervision after being convicted and sentenced for Distribution of Cocaine.
  • December 10, 2014 - The U.S. Marshal Service and Laconia Police Department are pleased to announce that Daniel King, of Laconia, NH, was arrested by U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Hot Springs, AR. King, was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Laconia Police Department for Indecent Exposure to a Minor.
  • December 05, 2014 - Last evening, “Fugitive of the Week,” Anthony Michael Kay was located and arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Manchester, NH. Kay was being sought on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Violation of Conditions of Supervised Release. This supervision was following a 21 month prison sentence after being convicted for distribution of cocaine and heroin.
  • December 04, 2014 - This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Amber Blackman, was located and arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Blackman had seen herself on television and attempted to go deeper into hiding. Blackman was wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants including Failure to Appear on narcotic charges, Obstruction of Justice, Willful Concealment and Probation Violations.
  • November 20, 2014 - Last evening, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Sandra Egbert, surrendered to the Keene Police Department in NH. Egbert was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the U.S. District Court in Concord, NH for numerous violations of her conditions of bail. Egbert was out on bail on charges of making false statements during the acquisition of firearms.
  • November 18, 2014 - The reward offered in the Matthew Thomas Dion fugitive investigation has increased to $10,000. Dion is wanted by the Manchester, New Hampshire Police Department on outstanding arrest warrants for 2 counts of 2nd Degree Murder, Arson and Possession of Child Pornography. The U.S. Marshals Service is seeking the assistance of the public in locating Dion who is considered Armed & Dangerous.
  • November 17, 2014 - Long time fugitive Genevieve Kelley surrendered to the Coos County Sheriff’s Office, in Lancaster, NH. Kelley was wanted by law enforcement since November 2004 for Non-Custodial Kidnapping and Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution. Kelley, along with her then husband, Scott Kelley, fled New Hampshire with her daughter Mary Nunes when she was just 8 years of age.
  • November 12, 2014 - This morning, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Kevin Bosworth, was arrested in Allenstown, NH by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Bosworth was being sought by the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office for Failing to Appear on charges of Delivery of Prohibited Articles into a Jail (smuggling) and Possession of a Controlled Drug.
  • November 05, 2014 - This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Fernando Anton, was arrested in San Diego, CA by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Anton, who was last known to reside in Nashua, NH, was being sought on a Nashua Police Department warrant for First Degree Assault.
  • October 31, 2014 - This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Jonathan Benedict, was arrested in Hooksett, NH by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Benedict was last known to reside in Concord, NH, and was being sought on an outstanding Merrimack County warrant for Probation Violations, stemming from an original conviction for Burglary.
  • October 27, 2014 - Last week was a busy week for the New Hampshire "Fugitive of the Week" program with three fugitives captured. Leslee Drew-Kennett surrendered in Charlestown, NH to local police officers; Jerry Vito Marino surrendered in Tampa, Florida to the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force; and Darrell Wayne Cook was arrested by the Tilton NH Police Department after receiving a tip about his whereabouts.
  • October 06, 2014 - This week’s scheduled “Fugitive of the Week,” Steven Palmer, was arrested in Nashua, NH by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Palmer was last known to be in Manchester, NH, and was wanted out of Vermont on a federal arrest warrant issued for Supervised Release Violations, stemming from an original criminal case for mail fraud.
  • October 03, 2014 - Late last night, “Fugitive of the Week,” Jose Miranda was arrested in New York City by members of the NYPD. A Federal arrest warrant was issued by the U.S. District Court in Concord, NH for Supervised Release Violations, stemming from an original conviction and sentence for Distribution of Cocaine.
  • September 26, 2014 - Early this morning, this week’s Fugitive of the Week was located in a Portsmouth, NH Hotel. Michael Polchies was wanted on an outstanding parole warrant due to an original conviction and sentence for possession and sales of drugs.

  • September 23, 2014 - A $5000.00 reward is being offered by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force for information leading to the location and arrest of fugitive, Matthew Thomas Dion. Dion is wanted by the Manchester, NH Police Department on outstanding arrest warrants for 2nd Degree Murder (2 counts), Arson and Possession of Child Pornography, all of which are relating to the arson fire and homicides of Dion’s parents in March 2014.
  • September 23, 2014 - New Hampshire’s Governor, Margaret Wood Hassan, has declared September 24th, 2014 as UNITED STATES MARSHALS DAY here in the State of New Hampshire. Governor Hassan will present this proclamation to members of the U.S. Marshals Service, District of New Hampshire tomorrow at the State House, as the United States Marshals Service celebrates its 225th anniversary.
  • September 16, 2014 - Fugitive of the Week Andre Watson was located and apprehended in Worcester County, Massachusetts. Watson was wanted on an outstanding parole warrant issued by the NH State Parole Board based on an original conviction and sentence for cocaine sales.
  • September 12, 2014 - Fugitive of the Week Christopher Stevens was arrested in Somersworth, NH on an outstanding probation warrant issued out of Belknap County. Stevens was on probation for a 2013 conviction and sentence for Intimidation (stalking) and Criminal Threatening.
  • August 27, 2014 - This week started off very busy for the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force with a few significant arrests, including the arrest of one of last week’s Fugitives of the Week, Dominick Stanin. Stanin was wanted by the Manchester Police Department for 1st degree Assault and Armed Robbery.
  • August 15, 2014 - Fugitive of the Week, Dennis Cookish, was arrested in Worcester, MA. Cookish was last known to live in Manchester, New Hampshire was being sought on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Violating Conditions of Supervised Release. Cookish was on supervised release as part of his criminal sentence for his 2010 conviction for Fraud and Forgery.
  • August 12, 2014 - Yesterday, Fugitive of the Week, Shantel Demand, was arrested in Salisbury, MA. Demand was being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant issued in September of 2013. The NH State Parole Board issued an arrest warrant for Demand for violating her conditions of parole after being convicted and sentenced for burglaries.
  • August 06, 2014 - This morning, fugitive Kerry Joseph was arrested at a basement apartment in Rhode Island. Joseph was wanted in connection with a shooting last Tuesday on Lafayette Street in Rochester, NH.
  • August 05, 2014 - This afternoon, shooting suspect David K. Roberts was arrested in Tallahassee, Florida. Members of the Florida Fugitive Task Force, along with deputy U.S. Marshals, were able to arrest Roberts without incident, as he was walking through an apartment complex in Tallahassee.
  • July 10, 2014 - Fugitive of the Week, Paul Gerald Grace, was arrested at a campground in Derry, NH. The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office was seeking Grace on an outstanding arrest warrant for Possession with Intent to Distribute Prescription Drugs and Grace was also wanted by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office for Failing to Appear on a charge of Operating a Vehicle while being deemed a Habitual Offender.
  • July 07, 2014 - On Saturday, last week’s Fugitive of the Week, Gregory Brown was arrested in Seabrook, NH. Brown was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Rockingham County Superior Court for probation violations. Brown is on probation as a result of a conviction and sentence for 2nd degree assault by strangulation.
  • July 02, 2014 - Fugitive of the Week, Eddie Cepeda, was arrested at an apartment located in Amsterdam, New York. Cepeda was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the NH State Parole Board for Parole Violations stemming from sentences for Robbery and Burglary convictions.
  • June 18, 2014 - The U.S. Marshals-NH Joint Fugitive Task Force initiated an operation targeting heroin and opiate dealers and users in New Hampshire for a two-week period in May resulting in the arrests of 23 fugitives.
  • June 11, 2014 - This week’s Fugitive of the Week, Marsalis “Mook” Johnson, was arrested at an apartment building in Hooksett, NH. Marsalis Johnson, who was last known to live in Manchester, NH was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Manchester Police Department for being a felon in possession of a firearm and reckless conduct with a firearm.
  • May 28, 2014 - This week’s Fugitive of the Week, Peter Legault, was arrested at a residence in Manchester, New Hampshire. Peter Legault, who was last known to live in Moultonborough, NH, was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Carroll County Superior Court for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Burglary.
  • May 23, 2014 - Fugitive of the Week Daniel Paul Desrochers was arrested at a local business in Henderson, North Carolina. Daniel Desrochers was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the U.S. District Court in Concord, NH for Violations of Conditions of Supervised Release. Desrochers was on supervised release as part of his sentence for a 2002 case involving extensive Fraud.
  • May 16, 2014 - Last night, Fugitive of the Week, Michael P. Mooney was arrested by members of the Concord Police Department. Michael Mooney was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Manchester Police Department for First Degree Assault. On May 8th, Mooney is alleged to have stabbed another person during an altercation in Manchester.
  • May 12, 2014 - Today, the U.S. Marshals sent out the intended Fugitive of the Week, Nicholas Donald Cloutier, to its media partners. As luck would have it, at around noon-time today, the fugitive task force through surveillance and interviews developed information that led officers to the area of Arms Park in Manchester, NH, where Cloutier was located and arrested without incident.
  • May 07, 2014 - Fugitive of the Week, Ryan Michael Murphy, was arrested in a Manchester apartment by members of the U.S. Marshal’s, NH Joint Fugitive Task Force. Ryan Murphy was last known to be homeless in the Manchester, NH area, was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Manchester Police Department for Armed Bank Robbery.
  • May 02, 2014 - A $5000.00 reward is being offered by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force for information leading to the location and arrest of fugitive, Matthew Thomas Dion.   • May 01, 2014 - Members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested fugitive Eric Cousens in West Palm Beach, Fla. Cousens was being sought after he failed to appear for his trial on April 29, 2014, for aggravated felonious sexual assault on a minor in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
  • April 24, 2014 - This week’s Fugitive of the Week, Patrick David Lord, was arrested in Bow, NH, by members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force. Patrick Lord, who was last known to live in the Concord and Manchester, NH areas, was wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Violation of Conditions of Supervised Release.
  • April 23, 2014 - Last week’s Fugitive of the Week, Daniel Scott King, surrendered to the Northwood Police Department. King, who was last known to live in Northwood and Manchester, NH, was wanted on an outstanding Merrimack County arrest warrant for Possession of Heroin and False Report to law enforcement.
  • April 04, 2014 - U.S. Marshal David Cargill, Jr. and Manchester Police Chief David Mara have created an alliance with a full-time commitment to the U.S. Marshals –New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force. This commitment has been in existence since the inception of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force in 2002 on a part-time basis, but in an effort to arrest wanted fugitives in the Queen City, a Manchester detective has been assigned to the task force on a full-time basis.
  • April 03, 2014 - This week’s Fugitive of the Week, David Sawell Carey, was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force with the assistance of the Pembroke Police Department in Pembroke. Carey was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Violations of his State Parole, stemming from his original conviction for being a habitual offender.
  • March 31, 2014 - Fugitive of the Week, Antonio Clough was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force with the assistance of Manchester Police Department. Clough was wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Violations of Supervised Release, which was part of his sentence for an earlier conviction for cocaine sales.
  • March 21, 2014 - Richard Cybenko was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals – Gulf Coast Violent Fugitive Task Force, in Sugar Land, Texas. Richard Cybenko was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Probation Violations, Identity Theft, Delivering Articles to Prisoner, Smuggling Contraband, Theft and Unauthorized use of a Vehicle.
  • March 18, 2014 - This week’s scheduled Fugitive of the Week, Keith Christopher Samson, was tracked down and arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Florida. Keith Samson was last known to be in the Concord, NH area, when he fled to Florida. Sampson was in violation of his conditions of probation for a prior conviction and sentence for drugs, as well as being sought on a new outstanding drug warrant.
  • March 13, 2014 - Fugitive of the Week, Shaun Ellis was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Brownstown Township, Michigan. Ellis was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued out of the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear on charges of Forged or False Prescriptions.
  • March 12, 2014 - This week’s Fugitive of the Week, Jacob Brown, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and members of the Berwick Police Department. Jacob Brown was last known to be at a residential substance abuse treatment facility in Dublin, NH when he absconded. Brown was on supervised release as part of his sentence for a conviction for his role in a 2010 bank robbery that occurred in Farmington, NH.
  • March 06, 2014 - Fugitive of the Week, James Brown, II was arrested by members of the Rochester Police Department. Brown, who was last known to live in Rochester, NH, was being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant for Probation Violations, stemming from his original conviction and sentence for Assault.
  • March 03, 2014 -  Last week’s Fugitive of the Week, Lonnie Jones, was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force in Revere, Massachusetts. Lonnie Jones was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Probation Violations, stemming from his original convictions and sentences for second degree Assault by Strangulation and Simple Assault.
  • February 25, 2014 - Yesterday morning, Fugitive of the Week, Jacob Tremblay, surrendered at the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office in Brentwood. Tremblay was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Probation Violations, stemming from his original convictions and sentence for Assault, Criminal Threatening and Intimidation.
  • February 19, 2014 - Fugitive of the Week, Daniel Debutts, Jr., surrendered at the NH State Probation Office in Dover. Debutts was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Probation Violations, stemming from his original conviction and sentence for Possession of Narcotics.
  • January 29, 2014 - This afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Fugitive of the Week, Craig Wiggins in Eliot, ME. Wiggins was last known to have ties to the New Hampshire seacoast and southern Maine areas.
  • January 22, 2014 - Early this morning, a viewer of WMUR-TV recognized fugitive Benjamin Sprague as his photograph appeared on the television. The viewer immediately contacted the Jaffrey Police Department and provided the whereabouts of Sprague. Sprague was being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Peterborough Police Department for Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault.
  • January 21, 2014 - This evening, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force from both New Hampshire and Massachusetts arrested fugitive Jeffrey Leonard. Leonard was being sought in connection with two armed robberies in MA.
  • January 17, 2014 - This evening, members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force arrested fugitive Brandon Scott Legere. Legere contacted the task force after he saw himself in the media and coordinated his surrender in Manchester, NH with the task force. Legere is serving part of a federal sentence for Violations of Supervised Release, stemming from his original conviction and sentence for Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine.
  • January 17, 2014 - Members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Fugitive of the Week, Jeffrey Nickerson in Alton, NH. Nickerson was being sought on multiple outstanding arrest warrants issued by the Pittsfield, Barnstead and the Laconia Police Departments. The outstanding arrest warrants were for 3 charges of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Burglary, Theft of a Vehicle and Escape.
  • January 16, 2014 - The U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in locating fugitive sex offender Brandon Scott Legere, whose last known address was at the Hampshire House, a federal half-way house located in Manchester, NH. Legere is a registered sex offender that was serving part of a federal sentence for violations of supervised release.
  • January 09, 2014 - Members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Fugitive of the Week, Luis Felipe Rodriguez in Fall River, Mass. Rodriguez was being sought by the New Hampshire State Police on an outstanding arrest warrant for possession with intent to distribute both cocaine and heroin.
  • January 02, 2014 - U.S. Marshal David Cargill, Jr. is happy to announce the launch of a new method for the public to assist the U.S. Marshals, NH Joint Fugitive Task Force in tracking down wanted fugitives. The Task Force is now able to receive anonymous tips from the public via text message or web tip.
