Stephen Daniel PenoStephen Daniel Peno - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of Nashua Police Department fugitive, Stephan Daniel Peno. Peno is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Robbery, & Falsifying Physical Evidence. These charges are in connection with Peno’s involvement in the events that led to the death of Benjamin Marcum on March 12, 2015, in Nashua, NH. Peno has family and friends in both Nashua and Manchester, NH where he is believed to be in hiding. It is possible that Peno has cut his hair and facial hair to avoid detection by law enforcement.
