FORTIER, Richard Robert (Captured)Richard Fortier- The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of Richard Fortier. NH State Parole Board has issued an arrest warrant for Parole Violations, based on an original conviction and sentence for Theft By Unauthorized Taking, Criminal Threatening, and Reckless Conduct. Roberts was sentenced to a period of incarceration of 1-3 years in State Prison on the theft and has two suspended sentences of 2-4 years on the other two charges.

Roberts has been arrested for but is not limited to; Theft, Narcotics, Burglary, Receiving Stolen Property & Disorderly Conduct. Fortier was last known to be residing in the Concord, NH area and is possibly still in the area. If you know of the whereabouts or observed a person that resembles Fortier, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police.
