Shaun Springer - The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate and arrest Shaun Springer on outstanding arrest warrants for 2nd Degree Assault – Strangulation & Assault to Murder with a Firearm. These warrants were issued by the Portsmouth & Lynn (MA) Police Departments. Springer was last known to reside in Portsmouth, NH, but he is known to have extensive family and friends in the Lynn, Mass. area.
