The District of New Hampshire's, New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, is attempting to locate and arrest Thurlow.   Thurlow is wanted for a Supervised Release Violation, her original charge was Bank Fraud.  Thurlow is known to have associates in the Seacoast and Southern Maine areas.  Thurlows last known location was Kittery ME.  If you know of her whereabouts or observed a person that resembles Thurlow contact your local police.
