The District of New Hampshire's, New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, is attempting to locate and arrest Smalley.   Smalley is wanted for a Parole Violation, by NH State Parole.  Smalley's original offense is Second Degree Felony Assault on a Minor.  Smalley's criminal history includes but is not limited to Armed Robbery, Burglary, and Probation Violations.  Smalley should be considered Armed and Dangerous and should only be approached by Law Enforcement.  Smalley was last known to reside in the Manchester, NH area.  Smalley also has associates and family in the Manchester, NH and Lovingston, VA areas.  If you know of his whereabouts or observed a person that resembles Smalley contact your local police.
