The District of New Hampshire's, New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, is attempting to locate and arrest Sheehan.   Sheehan is wanted for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender and Parole Violations, by Manchester PD and NH State Parole.  In 1989 Sheehan was found guilty of molesting a boy under the age of 13 years.  Sheehan was on probation for the 1989 offense and was last registered as a Sex Offender in Manchester, NH before departing the area without notifying his Probation Officer or notifying the Sex Offender Registry of his current whereabouts.  Sheehan was last known to reside in the Manchester, NH area.  Sheehan has family and associates in the Manchester, NH, Attleboro, MA and Danielson, CT area.  Sheehan is only be approached by Law Enforcement.  If you know of his whereabouts or observed a person that resembles Sheehan contact your local police.
