 The District of New Hampshire, New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate and arrest Seward.  Seward is wanted for a Possession & Intent to Distribute Cocaine and Morphine.  Seward is also wanted for Failure to Appear for Inmate Assault on a Detention Officer.  Seward's criminal history which includes but is not limited to Criminal Restraint, Assault by Prisoner, Possession wit Intent to Distribute, Disobeying Police Officer, Driving After Revocation, Assault and Battery, False Imprisonment and Domestic Violence.   Seward is further wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender by Jacksonville, FL.   Seward is known to have associates in the Seacoast & Manchester, NH; Dorchester, MA; San Jose, CA; and Jacksonville, FL areas.  Contact your local Law Enforcement if you know of the whereabouts of Seward.
