SCOLTCH is known to have associates in the Nashua, NH area.  SCOLTCH was last seen in the Nashua, NH area by Law Enforcement on January 09, 2008, at which time he managed to elude capture.  SCOLTCH is considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.  Contact your local Law Enforcement if you know of the whereabouts of SCOLTCH.
