 The District of New Hampshire, New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate and arrest Packer.  Packer is wanted for Failure to Appear on a Cocaine Sales Charge, by Rockingham County Sheriff's Department.  Packer .  Packer's criminal history contains by is note limited to Larceny, Home Invasion, Breaking and Entering, Burglary, Unsworn False Statements, Fugitive From Justice, Drug Possession, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Interference with a Police Officer.  Packer is known to have contacts in Salisbury MA and Seabrook NH areas.  Due to prior criminal history PACKER should be considered Armed and Dangerous.  Contact your local Law Enforcement if you know of the whereabouts of Packer.
