The District of New Hampshire, New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate and arrest Hall.  Hall is wanted on a Parole Violation, with an original offense of Possession of Heroin.  On December 2, 2007, Hall was arrested by Lawrence PD, for possession of Heroin and Reckless Endangerment of a Child.  Essex County prosecutors are also looking into the possibility of additional charges because Hal is accused of using Heroin while carrying an unborn child.  Hall is known to have associates and family in the Concord & Southern, NH and Billerica, MA areas.  Contact your local Law Enforcement if you know of the whereabouts of Hall.
