 The District of Vermont, Vermont Fugitive Apprehension Program, in conjunction with the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, is attempting to locate and arrest Goon.   Goon is wanted for Conspiracy to Manufacture Marijuana.  Goon is known to have associations to the Burlington and Bethel VT areas.  If you know of his whereabouts or observed a person that resembles Goon contact your local police.
