The District of New Hampshire, New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate and arrest Apostolas.  Apostolas is wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Parole Violation, and Failure to Appear for Receiving Stolen Property by Manchester PD, the NH Board of Parole, and Belknap County Sheriff's Office.  Apostolas was convicted of in Attempted Gross Sexual Misconduct in 1994 and is classified as a Sex Offender.  Apostolas' criminal history contains but is not limited to  Robbery, Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Escape, Simple Assault, 2nd Degree Assault, Fugitive From Justice, and Domestic Assault.  Apostolas should only be approached by Law Enforcement.  Contact your local Law Enforcement if you know of the whereabouts of Apostolas.
