The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate and arrest federal fugitive, Dandy Kapila. Kapila is being sought for Failure To Appear for Sentencing on an original charge of Mail Fraud. These allegations stem from a scheme in which Kapila was previously adjudicated guilty for defrauding insurance companies through theft and deception, via the Mail. Kapila has family and friends in the Manchester, NH area and is possibly still in this area.
