 The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Taskforce, based on an arrest warrant issued by the New Hampshire Board of Parole for a Parole Violation with an original offense of Drug Sales.  Kelly has been arrested for but is not limited to; Numerous Parole Violations, Resisting Arrest Simple Assault, Drug Sales, Possession of Prescription Drugs, Criminal Restraint, Criminal Mischief, Attempted Burglary, Criminal Threatening, and Harassment.  Kelly is known to had family and associates in the Alton, Belmont, Gilmanton, Laconia, Northfield and Tilton areas.  Law Enforcement believes that Kelly could be hiding in Massachusetts or Connecticut at this time.  In the past Kelly is known to be assault and resistive towards Law Enforcement.  Kelly is considered Armed & Dangerous, and should only be approached by Law Enforcement. If you know of the whereabouts or observed a person that resembles Kelly contact your local police.
