Mitchell - The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint
Fugitive Task Force is assisting in the location and arrest of
Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office fugitive, James Mitchell. Mitchell is
being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant for a Probation Violation
stemming from an original conviction and sentence for Willful
Concealment (2 to 4 years suspended). Mitchell has an extensive criminal
history including a prior Probation Violation. Mitchell has ties to
Newton, and New Boston, NH; as well as Haverhill MA, and is likely still
in one of these the areas. If you know of the whereabouts or observed a
person that resembles Mitchell, please contact the U.S. Marshals
