The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force
is assisting in the location and arrest of Rockingham County Sheriff’s
Office fugitive, Derek Jerez. Jerez is being sought on an outstanding
arrest warrant for a Probation Violation stemming from an original
conviction and sentence for Criminal Threatening and being a Felon in
Possession of a Dangerous Weapon (1 ½- 3 Years Suspended). Jerez has an
extensive criminal history and has previously been arrested for, but is
not limited to; Disorderly Conduct, Theft, Reckless Conduct, Felon in
Possession of Dangerous Weapon, Drug Possession, Burglary and a prior
Probation Violation. Jerez has ties to Manchester, NH and is likely
still in the area. If you know of the whereabouts or have observed a
person that resembles Jerez, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive
Task Force, or your local police.
