District of New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week 05/03/12 Listen to the Fugitive of the Week on 107.7 the Pulse The Wake Up New Hampshire Show with Peter St. James Thursdays at 7:40 am		Joseph Galen Barlow - The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is assisting in the location and arrest of Concord Police Department fugitive, Joseph Barlow. Barlow is being sought on outstanding warrants for Second Degree Assault (strangulation) and Failure to Maintain Sex Offender Registration. Barlow has an extensive criminal history and been arrested for, but is not limited to; Assault & Battery on a Child <14, Theft, Fraud, Assault, Resisting Arrest, Forgery, Trespass, Robbery, Reckless Conduct & Disobeying a Police Officer. Barlow was last known to be in the Concord area, but has ties to Massachusetts as well. If you know of the whereabouts or observed a person that resembles Barlow, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police.
