Elaina Roberts - The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of Elaina Roberts. NH State Parole Board has issued an arrest warrant for Parole Violations, based on an original conviction and sentence for Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer. Roberts’ original charge involved assaulting a Police Officer that was attempting to arrest her. Roberts hit the officer in the face with a radio and attempted to take another officer’s weapon from his holster during arrest.  Roberts was sentenced to a period of incarceration of 4-15 years in State Prison.

Roberts has been arrested for but is not limited to; Aggravated Assault on a P/O, and Simple Assault. Roberts was last known to be residing in the Middleton, NH area and is possibly in the Rochester, NH or Lynn, MA area where she has family and friends. If you know of the whereabouts or observed a person that resembles Roberts, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police.
