Hawkins has been arrested for but is not limited to; Supervised Release Violations, Harassment, Simple Assault, Drug Possession, and Breach of Bail Conditions. Thrasher is known to had family and associates in the Laconia, NH. If you know of the whereabouts or observed a person that resembles Thrasher contact your local police.
