Cybenko - The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire
Joint Fugitive Taskforce in conjunction with the Grafton County
Sheriff's Office, based on an arrest warrant issued by Grafton
County Sheriff’s Office for a Probation Violation with an
original offense of Theft by Deception. Cybenko has been
arrested for but is not limited to; Simple Assault, Criminal
Threatening, Theft by Deception, Issuing Bad Checks and a
Habitual Offender Violation. Cybenko was last known to reside in
Rochester, NH area and was operating under the business name
Cybenko Construction and Roofing. Cybenko is a contractor by
trade and has operated under the following business names;
Rochester Roofing, Pro Roofing, Nationwide Home Improvements,
Ideal Roofing, Granite State Exteriors and Roofer, and Total
Maintenance Roofing. Cybenko also has ties and associates and
operated his business in Hanover, Lebanon, Rochester, Dover,
Somersworth and Milton, NH areas. If you know of the whereabouts
or observed a person that resembles Cybenko contact your local
police.
