Dekalb is a convicted Sex Offender. Dekalb has been arrested for but is not limited to; Forcible Touching, Certain Uses of Computer Service Prohibited, and Fugitive from Justice. Dekalb also has pending charges in Brattleboro, VT for Use of Electronic Communications to Lure a Child. Delkab is known to have family and associates in the Hillsborough County, NH; Brattleboro, VT; Granville, NY and Longmont, CO areas.
