Task Force is attempting to locate and arrest Horne.
Horne is wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex
Offender and Probation Violation with an original
offense of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
Horne was last known to be residing in Keene, NH area.
Horne has lived and has associates in Concord, Lebanon
and Manchester, NH areas. Horne has been arrested for
but is not limited to; Sexual Assault, Assault, Criminal
Trespass, Burglary, and Possession of Marijuana.
Horne should
only be approached by Law Enforcement and is an
unregistered Sex Offender. Contact
your local Law Enforcement if you know of the
