Marijuana Sales, by the U.S. Marshals Service.
Champagne was last known to be residing in the
Manchester, NH area and driving a 2005 Honda
Accord 4 Door, Color Grey, NH Reg #2621793.
Champagne in the past has been
arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Hindering an
Apprehension, and Possession & Sales of Crack
Cocaine. Champagne should only be should
