Last Featured 03/19/09 - The District of New Hampshire, New
Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate and arrest
Garcia. Garcia is wanted for Escape by Manchester PD, with an
original offense of Heroin Sales. In 1994 Garcia was convicted of
Rape: Incapable of Consent, and should be registered as a
Sex Offender. In the past Garcia
has been arrested for Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Resisting Arrest,
Numerous Drug Charges (Which included a federal conviction for
Distribution of Crack Cocaine in 1997), Fugitive from Justice Charges,
and Probation Violations. Garcia should be considered
Armed and Dangerous. Garcia was last
known to have ties to the Manchester, NH area, but has also been
arrested in the Lawrence/Lowell areas and New York City. Contact your local Law
