history contains by is note limited to Larceny, Home
Invasion, Breaking and Entering, Burglary, Unsworn False
Statements, Fugitive From Justice, Drug Possession,
Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and
Interference with a Police Officer. Packer is
known to have contacts in Salisbury MA and Seabrook NH
areas. Due to prior criminal history PACKER should
be considered Armed and
