Wheeler - The District of
New Hampshire, and the
New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, is attempting to locate and arrest
Wheeler.
Wheeler is wanted for
Violations of Conditions of Release. Wheeler was
previously convicted in U.S. District Court of New
Hampshire for Distribution of Crack Cocaine and
Distribution of Powder Cocaine. Wheeler is known
to have associates in the Manchester, NH area.
