Philip Jackman - The District of New Hampshire, New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force in conjunction with the Vermont Fugitive Apprehension Program is attempting to locate and arrest Jackman. Jackman is wanted on a Probation Violation with an original offense of Sexual Assault. Jackman is also not incompliance with VT Sex Offender Registration laws. Jackman is known to have associates in the Keene, NH area. Contact your local Law Enforcement if you know of the whereabouts of Jackman.
