Burns - The District of
New Hampshire's, New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, is attempting to locate and arrest
Burns.
Burns is wanted for Failure to Appear for Aggravated Felonious Sexual
Assault-3 Counts by Strafford County Sheriff's Office. In April
2007, Burns sexually assaulted a woman in Dover, NH surprising her while
she slept. Burns is known to have associates in the
Seacoast area. Burns was last known to be living in Dover, NH.
