William Alton Smith II - The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of fugitive William Smith.  The NH State Parole Board has issued a warrant for Parole Violations, based on an original conviction and sentence for Arson and Burglary.  Smith is a known gang member and is a risk of flight and violence. Smith was last known to be residing in the Portsmouth, NH area and is likely still in the area.  Smith also has additional outstanding arrest warrants for Burglary and Assault issued out of Rockingham County and Kensington PD respectively. If you know of the whereabouts or observed a person that resembles Smith, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police.
