District News		August 22, 2007 - Dwight MacKay, United States Marshal for the District of Montana, announced the arrest of Kevin Othell Laferney, who was wanted for 4 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, 4 counts of bail jumping and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution from Upshur County, Texas. Laferney faked his death and disappeared in February of 2007.
