District News: December 01, 2009 - The U.S. Marshals and the Grand Rapids Police Department announce the arrest of James Jamar Harris. Harris was charged with a seven count felony warrant by the Grand Rapids Police Department on 11/06/2009. The charges include 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct, 1st Degree, assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, armed home invasion, felon in possession of a firearm, felony firearm, and failing to register as a sex offender.
