This Vessel, ________________________, her engines, tackle, apparel, boilers, furniture, etc., having been attached by me and now being held in my possession by virtue of an Order of Attachment issued out of the District Court of the United States for the District of Maine.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person removing or attempting to remove said Vessel M/V __________________, without my written permission, or in any way interfering with said Vessel, M/V ___________________, or my duly authorized Deputy or Keeper in-charge thereof, WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE EXTENT OF THE LAW.
