Formed in 1999, the District of Massachusetts Fugitive Task Force is headquartered in the U.S. Marshals Service office in Boston, MA. The Task Force coordinates federal, state, county, and local resources to develop collateral leads, gather intelligence, track and apprehend targeted fugitives.Participating department and/or agencies include; Massachusetts State Parole, Boston Police Department, Brockton Police Department, Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office, Cambridge Police Department, Essex County Sheriff’s Office, Springfield Police Department, Worcester Police Department, West Springfield Police Department and Holyoke Police Department. |
