Task Force Name: Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force
Purpose: Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task ForceThe Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force, coordinated by the U.S. Marshals Service, is a multi-agency task force that targets persons wanted by federal, state and local law enforcement officials for violent crimes, narcotic offenses, and sexual offenders in the New Orleans metropolitan area and surrounding Parishes.
Participants: Sponsoring agencies include the New Orleans Police Department, Jefferson Parrish Sheriff’s Office, Orleans Parish Criminal Sheriff's Office, Louisiana Office of Probation and Parole, Kenner Police Department, Louisiana State Police, St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office, Louisiana Air National Guard, the Slidell Police Department, and the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office.
