District News: April 27, 2012 - U.S. Marshal Task Force Officers located and arrested Jim Alan Balicanta in Wailuku, HI. Balicanta was wanted for a warrant issued on April 20, 2012 by Judge Rhonda Loo for 27 counts of Sexual Assault in the first degree and 25 counts of Sexual Assault in the third degree.
