• December 06, 2012 - On December 4, Keith Jermaine Garrido was arrested by the United States Marshals Service – Guam Violent Fugitive Task Force for the murder of Nancy Mafnas. Nancy Mafnas’ body was found lifeless at her residence in Barrigada, Guam on Sunday, December 2. Apparently Mafnas was the victim of a botched robbery.

• October 26, 2012 - The U.S. Marshals Service in Guam and the Northern Marianas Islands arrested convicted sex offender David James Hart upon his arrival Thursday at the Guam International Airport. Hart violated the Sex Offender Registry requirements in 2008, when he failed to register as a sex offender after relocating to Guam.
