District News: December 06, 2012 - On December 4, Keith Jermaine Garrido was arrested by the United States Marshals Service – Guam Violent Fugitive Task Force for the murder of Nancy Mafnas. Nancy Mafnas’ body was found lifeless at her residence in Barrigada, Guam on Sunday, December 2. Apparently Mafnas was the victim of a botched robbery. Read More
