  • July 12, 2012 – Deputy U.S. Marshals from D/DE and USMS NY/NJ Regional Task Force Office along with Milford Police Department arrested Maurice Blackstone, 21 of Milford on Robbery, Assault 1st and Weapons charges from an incident that occurred in May, 2012 where Blackstone shot and robbed a minister from a local Church. Blackstone was apprehended in Trenton, NJ.
  • May 12, 2012 – Deputy U.S. Marshals along with Milford Police Department arrested Scott Kerin, 25 of Rehoboth Beach on Rape4th degree, Unlawful Sexual Contact 1st degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child charges from an incident that occurred in 2008. Kerin was arrested in Milton, DE.
  • April 25, 2012 – Deputy U.S. Marshals from the First State Fugitive Task Force and Dover Police Department arrested Devin Coleman, 24, on assault, reckless endangering and firearms charges stemming from a shooting investigation that occurred in Dover, DE, Coleman was captured in Newark, NJ.
  • February 1, 2012 – Deputy U.S. Marshals and members of the New Castle County Police Department arrested Dakevis Reed, 20, of Wilmington on charges stemming from December 2011 incidents in Rosegate Community. Reed was wanted on weapons offenses and aggravated menacing. At the time of the arrest Reed was in possession of a .380 caliber handgun.
  • January 31, 2012 – Deputy U.S. Marshals from the First State Fugitive Task Force and New Castle County Police Department arrested Claude Lacombe, 23, on murder charges related to December 26, 2011 shooting that occurred in Newark, De. Lacombe was captured in Philadelphia, Pa.
  • January 31, 2012 – Members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Marvin Holmes, 42, at a local bar in Philadelphia for rape and strangulation charges stemming from an investigation from the Newark Police Department in November 2011.
  • January 4, 2012 Deputy U.S. Marshals from the First State Fugitive Task Force and Dover Police Department arrested Marcus Feliciano, 40, on bank robbery and Failure to register as a sex offender charges when he was captured at a hotel in New Castle County without incident.
  • December 01, 2011 - U.S. Marshals helped Newark Police catch two Newark teenagers wanted for a June robbery in Newark. Arrested were Louis Henderson, 18, and a 17 year old accomplice.
  • October 27, 2011 – U.S. Marshals and New Castle County Police arrested Angel Garcia, 26 of New Castle on charges stemming from a domestic altercation in which shots were fired. Garcia was taken into custody by Task Force members at an Elkton, MD motel.
  • October 20, 2011 – Members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Marcus Taylor, 26, of Wilmington on domestic related assault and other charges. Taylor was arrested at a gas station in the area of Maryland Ave. and Robinson Lane. Taylor was wanted by New Castle County PD from the incident that occurred on October 8, 2011.
  • September 28, 2011 – U.S. Marshals Service arrested Lynell Tucker of Wilmington on outstanding murder and weapons charges stemming from a shooting that took place on September 14, 2011 in the 2300 block of N. Jefferson St. in Wilmington. Tucker was apprehended in Daytona Beach, Florida and was to be extradited back to Delaware to face charges levied by the Wilmington Police Department.
  • August 20, 2011 – U.S. Marshals and Pennsylvania State Police captured a subject wanted by New Castle County police on attempted murder and related charges from two separate shooting investigations. Alan Fowler, 20, of Elkton, Md. Was arrested in new London PA. by Task force members and will be extradited to Delaware to face felony level charges from the July incidents.
  • July 28, 2011 – During the month of July, U.S. Marshals Deputies, Delaware State Police and various law enforcement agencies throughout Delaware conducted compliance checks on the registered addresses of over 350 high-risk sex offenders. The results revealed that nine offenders where non-complaint and 18 others failed to register. The U.S. Marshals Office in Delaware opened eight federal cases from the information gleaned from the operation.
  • July 22, 2011 – U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and New Castle County PD tracked down and arrested Jeremiah MacDonald, 29, of Middletown on domestic related charges for choking and beating his pregnant girlfriend.
  • July 16, 2011 – U.S. Marshals deputies arrested Davear Whittle, 21, of New Castle on outstanding charges stemming from an incident that had occurred 4 months prior. Whittle was wanted on charges of first degree assault and firearms charges related to the shooting that took place on March 15 at the Burn Brae Condominiums.
  • June 25, 2011 – Shannon Truitt-Miller, 33, of Milford, DE was wanted in Delaware for felony count of interference with custody of a child. Truitt-Miller was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Austin, Texas.
  • June 25, 2011 – Paul Delerme, 25, of Dover was tracked down by U.S. Marshals and arrested in Tampa Florida. Delerme was wanted by the Delaware State Police on charges stemming from a shooting incident that occurred on May 21 in an apartment complex south of Dover.
  • February 25, 2011 – Terrence Mills, 22, of Wilmington was arrested by U.S. Marshals and charged with first –degree murder and related weapons offenses from an April 5, 2010 shooting incident. Milles was the last of four suspects arrested in this investigation.
  • February 25, 2011 – A 24 year old Claymont resident, Tyrone Walker, was arrested by U.S. Marshals Task Force Officers in Folcroft, PA and charged in two separate shooting investigations. The first shooting took place on August 8, 2010 at a park in Wilmington and the second incident took place on January 28, 2011 at a bowling alley in Fox Point.
  • February 18, 2011 – Emerald A. Johnson, 33, of New Castle was arrested by U.S. Marshals Deputies in Philadelphia on outstanding charges for raping a 9-year old girl.
  • February 13, 2011 – Reginald Waters, 24, of Dover was arrested by U.S. Marshals deputies and Dover Police Department on outstanding charges of first-degree rape of a ten year old girl along with various other domestic related charges.
  • February 1, 2011 – U.S. Marshals located a Middletown man wanted on charges stemming from a January 24th burglary and assault investigation that occurred in Middletown. Frederick Cooper, 32, was arrested in Utica, N.Y and turned over to local authorities to be extradited back to Delaware.
  • December 4, 2010 – A high-risk sex offender who failed to register in the state of Delaware for over a year was captured in Bahrain by U.S. Marshals deputies from Delaware. Robert J. Binford, 52, was convicted of first degree rape in Virginia in 2001 and was wanted by Middletown Police since June of 2009.
  • November 30, 2010 – Khalil White, 20, of Philadelphia who was wanted on charges of attempted murder, robbery and weapons offenses from on October incident that took place in Philadelphia was arrested in Bear by members of the U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force, New Castle County Police and the Eastern Pennsylvania Marshals Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force.
  • October 19, 2010 – Three Dover men were arrested in a gun deal that went bad when a 45 year old victim was shot in the face. Antonio Guzman, 27, was arrested in Texas by Sheriff’s Deputies. Eric M. Dickerson, 20, was arrested by U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force while on a job site in Virginia Beach, Va., and Trevor Jenkins, 20, was arrested by U.S. Marshals deputies in Dover. All three face charges of first degree robbery, assault, weapons and conspiracy charges.
