January 14, 2008
- The U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force arrested Kenneth
Henderson Miller, 49 years old, at approximately 8:00am on January
14, 2008. Miller was wanted for being a Felon in Possession of a
Firearm, Breaking and Entering, and Robbery. The charges all stemmed
from a September 21, 2007 home invasion robbery that Miller
allegedly committed in Newport News, Virginia.

January 03, 2008
- The United States Marshal Service for the District of Delaware announced the
arrest of 236 fugitives by the First State Fugitive Task Force for the year
2007. Of the 236 arrests made by the task force this year, 16 were for
homicide, 8 for rape, 13 for robbery, 6 for kidnapping, 76 for weapons charges
and 27 for failing to register as a sex offender.

December 13, 2007
- The United States Marshals Service has arrested an Elkton,
Maryland man wanted for a murder that occurred in February 2007.
Jamie Dontae Ringgold, 29, was wanted by Delaware State Police in
the shooting death of 29-year-old Kevin A. Fields, of Bear.

December 06, 2007
- The United States Marshals Service has arrested a 45-year-old
Wilmington man who was wanted for a bank robbery that occurred in
Wilmington in September 2007. Antonio Logan was wanted by Wilmington
Police for the robbery of Delaware National Bank located in
Wilmington, DE on September 12, 2007.
- October 04,
2007- Deputy U.S.
Marshals from Delaware’s First State Fugitive Task Force and the New
York/New Jersey Regional Task Force apprehended Shawn Morrison, 21
in Bethel Villa on Wilmington’s east side. Morrison, originally from
the Bronx, was wanted by the NYPD for his involvement in a May 3rd,
2006 homicide in the Bronx.
- October 02,
2007 - The U.S. Marshals
Service has arrested a 20 year-old Newark man who was wanted for
murder and attempted murder. Carl R. Dean, previously of Newark, DE
was wanted by New Castle County Police for the murder of a 22
year-old man near Newark. Dean was also wanted by Wilmington Police
for the attempted murder of a 21 year-old man in the City of
Wilmington on January 28, 2006.
- August 24,
2007 - The U.S. Marshals First
State Fugitive Task Force arrested Aaron Joseph Hrehocik, 23 years
old of Newark, Delaware. Hrehocik was wanted for the Distribution of Oxycodone,
Reckless Endangerment and Manslaughter from the Worcester County
Circuit Court, Snow Hill, Maryland.
- August 17,
2007 - The United States
Marshals Service has arrested a Millsboro, DE man who was wanted for
murder. Emmett Taylor, 44 of Long Neck, Delaware was wanted by
Delaware State Police for one count of murder in the first degree.
- July 20,
2007 - The U.S. Marshals
First State Fugitive Task Force with assistance from the New Castle
County Police Department arrested Waymond Wright. Wright was
wanted on an outstanding strong armed robbery warrant that was just
issued yesterday, July 19, 2007 in Volusia County, Florida. The
robbery occurred on July 14, 2007 in Volusia County.

2007 - The U.S. Marshals
First State Fugitive Task Force arrested George Foster, 31 years
old, at approximately 12:00 noon on July 19, 2007. Foster was wanted
for Failure to Appear for Sentencing from the Newport News Circuit
Court, Newport News, Virginia.
- July 17,
2007 - The United States
Marshals Service has arrested Robert F. Jacobs, 51, formerly of
Milford, DE in Miami, Florida for outstanding charges in Kent
County, Delaware for theft, forgery and conspiracy. Robert “Bobby”
Jacobs was the director of the now-defunct Slam Dunk to the Beach
high school basketball tournament in Sussex County, Delaware.

July 3, 2007 -
Kenneth
Law, a fugitive wanted for allegedly committing Wilmington’s first
homicide this year and the Possession of a Weapon during the
Commission of a Felony was arrested on July 3, 2007 by members of
the U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force and the Wilmington
Police Department.
- June 18, 2007 -
The United States Marshals in Delaware have
arrested a second suspect in a New Castle County, Delaware homicide.
Marvin Davis, 20, faces murder charges in the death of Michael Flakes on
June 05, 2007. U.S. Marshals had been searching for Davis since he was
identified as a suspect and eventually the trail led to Hickory Tree
Apartments in rural downstate Delaware.

May 04, 2007 -
The U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task
Force arrested Ryan Martez Turner, 18 years old, at 10:00 am on May 4, 2007.
Turner was wanted on one count of Capital Murder and six other felony
charges from the Buckingham County Sheriff’s Office, Charlottesville,
Virginia. The alleged murder occurred on March 9, 2007 in Charlottesville,
Virginia.

April 20, 2007 -
The United States Marshals Task Force has arrested a man wanted for a
shooting last month. Alex Gentieu was wanted for shooting two people on
March 12 at the Lexington Green Apartments in Newark.

March 27, 2007 -
The U.S. Marshals First State
Fugitive Task Force arrested Jose Delacruz, 21 years old, at 11:30 am on
March 27, 2007. Delacruz was wanted on one count of Murder from the Roxbury
District Court, Boston, Massachusetts.

March 23, 2007 -
The United States Marshals Service
have arrested three subjects - Richard A. Brown, Brian J. Phillips and
Michael Clay Campbell - who failed to register as sex offenders.

March 16, 2007 -
A fugitive wanted for Failure to
Appear in Delaware and Possession of a Weapon by a Prohibited Person was
arrested this morning in Philadelphia by the U.S. Marshals First State
Fugitive Task Force. Task Force Officers arrested Roderick Butler, 31
years of age, at a residence in Philadelphia.

January 26, 2007 -
A Bealeton, Virginia man
wanted by Delaware State Police for racketeering was arrested by
United States Marshals in Nashville, Tennessee. Roy Palumbo, 51 of
Bealeton, Virginia, a known member of the Pagans Motorcycle Gang is
being held as a fugitive in Davidson County, Tennessee on charges of
racketeering. Palumbo has been wanted since November 20, 2006.

January 25, 2007 -
The United States Marshals Service
has arrested a Wilmington man wanted by New Castle County Police for hitting
a man in the head with a baseball bat. Angel R. Garcia, 33, was wanted in
connection with a baseball bat attack on a Castle Hills man that left him
severely brain damaged on September 10, 2006.

January 23, 2007 -
Ryan Downs, a fugitive, wanted for
Rape Second Degree Without Consent and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender
Within Seven Days After Address Change, was arrested this morning by the
U.S. Marshals Service First State Fugitive Task Force.

December 20, 2006 -
Pierre Johnson, a fugitive wanted on
multiple Delaware charges, including Aggravated Menacing and the Possession
of a Weapon during the Commission of a Felony, Failure to Register as a Sex
Offender and Violation of Probation, was arrested today by members of the
U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force.

With information developed by the
U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force, a fugitive wanted by the
Delaware State Police was in Patterson, N.J. by members of the U.S. Marshals
New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force. Michael P. Henry had been
wanted for two counts of Rape 3rd, one count of Sexual Abuse of a Child,
fourteen counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact, one count of unlawful
imprisonment, and two counts of incest.

The United States Marshals Service
has arrested a subject in Atlanta, GA who was wanted by New Castle County
Police for unlawful sexual contact and other related charges. Scott
Gransbury was wanted for an incident that occurred on July 16, 2006 in
Claymont, Delaware.

- The United States Marshals Service Task Force in Delaware has arrested a
20-year-old man wanted for attempted murder. New Castle County Police have
obtained warrants for Malik Matthews of Elsmere Blvd., Elsmere, Delaware.

August 11, 2006 -
Maurice Washington, a violent
fugitive that was wanted on multiple charges including Failure to Register
as a Sex Offender and a July incident where he attempted to run over Elsmere
Chief of Police Neil D. Strauss, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals First
State Fugitive Task Force.

August 01, 2006 -
A 25-year-old Philadelphia man who was wanted for a homicide in Claymont,
Delaware was arrested earlier today by the United States Marshals Task
Force. Timothy Austin, 25, of the unit block of Vernon Avenue in
Philadelphia was wanted for murder in the first degree, robbery and weapons
offenses.

July 31, 2006 -
After nine months on the run, a Dover man
who was wanted for a shooting in Dover was arrested by the United States
Marshals Service. Larry J. Pierce, Jr., 23, of 111 South New Street, Dover
was wanted by Dover Police and the United States Marshals for Violation of
Federal Probation.

July 20, 2006 -
With information developed by the U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task
Force, another one of Wilmington’s Most Wanted Fugitives has been arrested.
Khalif Talib was arrested in Bronx, NY by members of the U.S. Marshals New
York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force. Talib had been wanted by the
Wilmington Police Department for Murder in the First Degree and Possession
of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.

The United States Marshals Service has arrested an 18-year-old
Wilmington teenager who was wanted for escape from the Ferris
School, a juvenile secure care facility. Delaware State Police
obtained warrants for escape on May 27, 2006 for Brandon L. Tann,
18, of 911 C St., Wilmington, Delaware.
- June 21,
2006 - A fugitive wanted for Attempted Murder in Wilmington
was arrested today by the U.S. Marshals Service First State Fugitive
Task Force. Task Force Officers, including U.S. Marshals, Wilmington
Police Department and Delaware Department of Corrections arrested
Myron Williams in the Knollwood
Section of Claymont.
- May 19, 2006 - A fugitive wanted
for multiple offenses in three states was arrested this morning in
Delaware by the U.S. Marshals Service First State Fugitive Task Force.
Task Force Officers, including U.S. Marshals, Delaware State Police, and
New Castle County Police arrested Harper Williams. Williams had
obtained fraudulent personal identification and was living under the
assumed name, Guy Boyland.
