October 25, 2012 -  A sex offender wanted on an outstanding United States Parole Commission warrant for violating his conditions of release has been arrested by a team of U.S. Marshals in Washington, D.C. Scott Breeze was being sought on a warrant issued in Washington D.C. charging him with violating his conditions of release by having contact with minors.
