District News: May 21, 2014 - Wallace Utley, a convicted child sex offender, was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Sanford, North Carolina after nearly three years on the run. Wallace Utley was convicted in 2009 for sexually assaulting a ten year old boy in the District of Columbia. Wallace Utley’s criminal history includes arrests for Possession of Narcotics, Theft, Burglary, Robbery, and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.  Read More
