 U.S. Marshal Joseph Faughnan

Joseph P. Faughnan was sworn in on August 25, 2010 to be the United States Marshal for the District of Connecticut Previously, Marshal Faughnan was the Chief of Police for the Town of Clinton, Connecticut, Police Department. Prior to joining the force Mr. Faughnan worked for the Connecticut State Police, from 1967 – 1991, rising through the ranks from Trooper to Major. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Haven in 1977.
